One measure of providing excellent service is the ability to listen to the customer and assess their needs to find the right car for them. James Bickford did this from the start with me until my new purchase. The team at Northlake are exceptional. On Friday I purchased my first Lexus from Hendrick Lexus Northlake. Justin Duhaney was my sales consultant. He was very helpful with my search and was willing to do what he could to get me into a car. He was a very nice gentleman with great customer service. I am pleased with my Lexus IS 250. I pray everything goes well from here on out and this push to purchase another Lexus in the near future.
