We had a great experience at Hendrick Honda because of our salesman Christopher Robinson. He helped us with the purchase of our last 2 cars. He was so helpful in finding the right vehicles for me and my daughter. He went above and beyond to make the experience easy and made sure we knew how to properly operate all the controls and even synced the Bluetooth to our phones. He’s always available to answer any questions or assist with any issues that may arise.

Got my first car here through Kenny and he did such an amazing job walking me through everything and answering any questions, 2 year later I went back to him to purchase a new vehicle. He has been so helpful through the whole process and super transparent! Dorian is a great help as well! I wouldn’t go to any other dealership again. Kenny even found me a pink bow for a car picture because I don’t like red! They definitely go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed & heard.

Fantastic service from beginning to end. We came in with our daughter who was buying her first car. Ronnie was wonderful helping us decide between two cars she was looking at. He is very patient and kind and worked with us on her budget. Once we got to the finance department the kindness, patience and helpfulness continued. We got a fantastic deal and she is in love with her car. Thank you to the team at Hendrick Honda. We will be back for our next car buying needs.

Andrew made our visit worth the wait. He completely made our visit remarkable from start to finish. TQ was also delightful, she made our time more memorable as well. She made us feel comfortable and elaborated on every concern and question we asked while sitting in her office. I had a great experience buying my 2024 Honda Civic Sport from Hendrick Honda.Garrett, my sales consultant, was extremely thorough when walking me through the vehicle I had picked out from their online inventory. He made sure to answer every single question I had, and the single occasion he couldn’t answer my question, he found an answer for me nearly immediately. I traveled from out of state to get the car, and Garrett’s communication throughout the sales process was fantastic and made things very easy for me.Matthew and Shane, managers of Hendrick Honda, were extremely professional throughout the process as well.Brad, the finance manager, was extremely helpful and honest as well. I did not feel pushed to add any aftermarket products with my vehicle, and his pitches were grounded in value. He encouraged me to read every single word on every paper I had to sign.Overall, I felt I was treated with the utmost respect and given as much clarity as one would want during the car buying process. I will be buying my next vehicle from the Hendrick family of dealerships, and I would recommend to all of my friends and family that they do the same.

Everyone here welcomed us like family and made my first car buying experience on my own a breeze. Sam, who worked with me in sales, was so great and patient with helping me find a vehicle that checked off all my boxes. Another shout out to Joseph in finance, who took his time to explaining everything ensuring I was comfortable with all of my options to move forward with purchasing the vehicle.

I've been coming to Hendrick for two years since I bought my Acura at another dealership. I love the online scheduling and the pricing seems fair. All the service technicians are top notch and the icing on the cake is the $40 rental car you can get for one day. For 40 bucks I can leave my car for the day do my business and pick my car up the next morning and that is amazing. I hope when I need to buy a car in the future I can find something here.

After having a terrible experience at another local dealership, we found a better vehicle and a great team of folks that made it happen at a great price! This place is definitely 5 stars. Most car places suck and you get sold. Experience with Garrett, Shane, and Tanner were top notch. Treated fairly and worked with us on what we wanted. NOT PUSHY but conversational. I would recommend purchasing here over other places.

I have bought my last 8 vehicles from Hendrick Honda and have always had a great buying experience. I also, have always had all my vehicles serviced there. This dealer ship is hands down, the greatest one in the Charlotte area. I have talked to a lot of other dealer, and always walked away disappointed.

Hendrick Honda couldn't get any better. Dakota and Brad were personable and honest. They acted less like salesmen and more like knowledgeable friends who were helping me find the right vehicle and deal for me. At every point in the process, there was no pressure and I was getting honest answers about every aspect of the cars and financing. I ended up deciding on a 2024 CR-V Sport Hybrid. I couldn't be happier with my experiences at the dealership and living with the CR-V.

They actually had my car in stock at a good price. The salesperson, Andrew W., was fantastic and very knowledgeable. The problem arose in the final deal with the sales manager, Nate.Are you a cautious consumer? Do you read all the fine print? If so you might be shocked at what their mandatory arbitration agreement lists. It is a fairly standard practice, but I wanted to take a night to sleep on it and do more research. The Sales Manager then insinuated that If we went through the sale that I would be a problem in the future because I want to do my due diligence on the consumer-unfriendly arbitration agreement.I understand that patience wears thin and sometimes people say things they don't mean. I asked for an apology in the morning, but the sales manager doubled down on his insinuation that I'd be a problem for their dealership and canceled the sale.

Glen Barker was so helpful today with my service appointment. He’s very professional and polite. He even asked did I need anything while I wait. I recently hit a ditch on 85 south had a huge rock in my civic, he made sure he showed me the actual internal issue. I recommend everyone to come to this location for service and ask Glen Barker ! ?
