We worked with Melissa Evans, and overall had a fantastic experience. She is super easy going, and not salesy. She got us into the exact situation we were looking for, and never tried overselling us or tried to push us in a direction we weren’t looking to go in. She was extremely helpful, and flexible. She definitely navigated some tough inventory issues to help us find what we were after. Overall, felt like Hendricks Honda was really transparent with us about the vehicle we were buying, and worked with us to make sure we were happy with what we were getting. Great guys, all around!

Super easy experience with trading in our vehicle for a new minivan. Melissa was great with working with us and our budget to find us a new van for our family. She was very kind, easygoing, and made us feel relaxed and not pressured at all when searching for our new vehicle. The entire process was very positive and Dorian (from the detailer department) gave us a very personal walkthrough of our new (used) van to make sure they would address everything we pointed out to them. Would highly recommend Melissa and Hendricks Honda!

Customer service friendly and attentive. Oil change service finished within an hour which is normal especially at the dealership. What I like most is the after service where I was explained throughly on what is due next and needed attention.

The reason I go to Hendrick Honda on South Blvd is Andrea Bedoya- Perez.
She is one of the most helpful people I have ever met in the car business.
I always feel safe with any car issues knowing she is there.
I drive twice as far to get to this dealership and wouldn't consider any other place for service - thank you for your help Andrea.

The service was quick but Professional, I love that the service department send you a video of the service you getting done while they are working on your Vehicle. Even while you were sitting in the lobby and waiting. They also send and email of what they think you need and you can accept the offer or decline it, so they’re not hassle you to purchase anything if you don’t want anything but you can in for.
