Hendrick Collision center on Independence blvd has worked on myKia shortage twice and all I have to say what a great job they have done .Want your car done right the first time look no further then the men and women at Hendrick City Chevrolet do just that. I highly recommend them.

When I picked the car up the first time, I had to leave it due to the poor job. The 2nd time I went to pick up the car, I did bring it home but had to return it for a third time. When I picked the car up and got it home I noticed the items we discussed were still not taken care of. They should have detailed the car but it was dirty when I arrived and when I got home the scratches were still on the truck lid, over spray in the truck lid and scratches still on the hood from the scotch bright pad or something the body shop sat on the car that scratched the paint. I’m so disappointed after the 3rd time I still have issues. If the car was detailed then why were there still bugs on the bumper. I just had shoulder surgery and I came home and washed the car so I could see if the work had been completed.

Everyone at Hendrick Collision Center was wonderful - they were prompt, kind, respectful, and did a phenomenal job fixing my vehicle. Their process of working with the insurance company was seamless. I wouldn't take my vehicle any place else.
