I had my *** X5 serviced at ************ / MINI and my service advisor was ******. ****** was the epitome of professional, very friendly and transparent. She would provide updates regarding my vehicle via text mails which i thought was cool.I was had a small license plate issue and without a blink of the eye she took of the matter. I look forward to working with ****** because of her demeanor and knowledge of the product and because of these factors and her reaching out to keep me as a customer satisfied she should receive the highest review possible.

Your employee, Cathy Dawkons, bought from me but did not pay. Your friend Cathy Dawkons is a thief. She both stole my product and didn't pay for it. She didn't pay even though I warned her many times and she blocked me.

Last week was my unsatisfactory experience with this *** ************** been a customer for about three years to **** Thousands of dollars to the company given . Dealt with several dealers in Clt & in NY. But this experience has been the most moderately unpleasant Ive ever had. My vehicle was held hostage from 12/28 to 1/6.When my appointment was made, I was assured both brake lines were ordered & Id have my vehicle done before the weekend. I was only updated with unknown timelines & unavailable advisory. The advisor quit the same week going to 1/3 the status of my car unknown due to no notes . Then to no avail the parts were ordered incorrectly again dragging out to 1/5. **** the manager seemed to take control ignoring my needs as the customer. I use my vehicle for work , Im a single father, I had to call multiple times to get answers . No loaners were avail. So I rented two vehicles during the process and was set to leave town for Friday night which both the original advisor *********** were aware . **** attempted to help out by providing a $130 discount .The inconvenience & lack of ******************** within the shop caused me $100 in Uber cost, maneuvering vehicles around & my toddler in Ubers to at last min on the Friday leaving town and two rentals of over $200 & gas having to drive exhausted for a 12 hour road trip and delays to & from work . It wasnt worth the stress. Staff was pretty pleasant once finally getting to speak to someone. **** the new advisor was helpful at check out . Its about the lack of communication & unnecessary extra steps had to be able to service my vehicle . I wouldve been able to prepare better if the staff was prepared and informed when losing staff or making mistakes on ordering parts. Own to the mistakes . This experience was triggering and cant be forgotten. A dealership of this size should have better service my time , patience , understanding & money spent shouldve been better handled . Do better *** Hendricks .

Had a blow out on 77south. They were ae to work us in.They even contacted and worked with the dealership where we bought our car to check on the tire Road Hazzard warranty we had. Was able to get the credit for tire. And had new tires put on front along with alignment in record time. We were back on our way in no time.
