Today on 6/12/24 at approximately 10:40AM. I arrived at the deli to place an order of a sandwich. The older Spanish lady who makes the sandwiches told me sorry I can’t help you today because I’m busy and I’m working on something else. I reply back it’s just a quick sandwich with not a lot of ingredients. She smiled and pointed down to show me she was trying to prepare her work station and told me once again I can’t help you at this time. I called the store and asked what hours does the Sandwich station open. I was told they open at 10am. Unfortunately due to this I was unable to return and get another sandwich because I’m on a time crunch and need to be ready and head into work. I will never again go to Harris Teeters and order anything there again because they don’t hire decent people like Publix’s does at the deli. For now and on I’ll just drive the extra 10 mins from my home and order from Publix instead.

Having been a Harris Teeter customer for many, many years, last Saturday when I was in this store #3 … I met the kindest employee ever!!! Keilan (hoping I have his name right) was stocking groceries. I was searching for an isle, looking up to read the signs, in my own thoughts… out of nowhere, I heard this gentle voice asking, “Do you need help?” The store was crowded so I didn’t know he was talking to me. He walked up closer, “maam, can I help you find anything?” Surprised, I said, I’m looking for flour. He then walked me over to where the self-rising flour sat on the shelf.
We talked for a minute and kindness flowed from him. He was like an angel … truly.
Keilan blessed me so much that day, simply because he reached out to a total stranger … a Harris Teeter customer … in kindness without expecting anything in return. In todays world, that is rare.
I hope Harris Teeter will recognize and acknowledge Keilan for his amazing customer service. I’m sure I’m not the only one he assisted. Thank you, Keilan! I’ll be back in that store regularly now because of you! ?

Nothing like trying to pick up groceries from online ordering, and showing up to some person standing outside their truck blocking the call box. Asked the person if they were picking up groceries, and they said no. I told them it was a no parking zone, and said person gave me the middle finger, and told me to f myself. This is a constant at this location, and management fails to do anything to stop these people from parking in the "no parking" area.

Manager walking around closing registers at 8 while I have to stand here for 20 mins. Zero customer service. This is ridiculous.

Harris teeters are the higher end groceries stores compared to Walmart, Food Lion, Winn Dixie, etc. They offer better customer service, better produce/fresh food quality (such as the meats and seafood section). They also offer to repackage anything in the meat department if you need a smaller quantity. On top of better quality, they also have a few to-go food options; wing bar, salad bar, sushi bar, sandwich bar, and Asian food bar. Outside of this, I don't buy anything else from Harris teeter. Their nonperishable goods are way higher and I don't think quality differs in nonperishable items (brand to brand).

nice cool clean store by the outlet. better than steelecroft. If you ever need to shop at the outlet go to this HT. You also save some money on produce rack! Just be careful when shopping people can be taking pictures or look at you suspiciously
