Half the time when I go here, they don't have shopping buckets out at the front of the store. I always walk in, look to the left, look to the right, because there's two different places that they should put the shopping buckets: a stack of shopping buckets to the left of the entrance, or a stack of shopping buckets to the right of the entrance. When they don't have the shopping buckets out I have to carry around groceries like a caveman because I don't like using the carts. I end up dropping things everywhere and can only get what I can stack in my arms. Please put more shopping buckets in the front of the store.

Harris Teeter? Love it. For fresh produce? Ideal. The VIC card? Absolutely wonderful. The app? Saves me more money. Just clip on the coupons on the app and poof~ More money saved. It's so simple. My opinion on this Harris Teeter location? I have nothing bad to say about it. It's a nice, small area with abundant parking spaces.

The best grocery store here in Charlotte NC. The store is always extremely clean. The food is always fresh. The employees are always very helpful and goes above and beyond their duties to help a customer. Davis lake Charlotte NC..

Well stocked, clean grocery. There were 2 cashiers working even though the store was not yet crowded.
It's always great to have friendly, smiling cashiers at checkout!
Lots of necessities for last minute cookies on sale!

A friend of mine, their grandmother, passed away unexpectedly. The service was being held today, the same day that I was able to get by and visit with them; passing on my condolences as well. Usually, the deli requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice to fix a deli tray. After speaking with Amber and explaining my situation, she (Amber) said that she would do the tray(s) immediately.
I am most appreciative of Amber's efforts on my behalf, and this is the type of customer service that I've come to be extremely grateful for from both Amber and Harris Teeter.
