I've used Harris Teeter pharmacy for quite some time. I have ten prescriptions. I must say that after working with Lynn, Denise, Lauren (all of the employees), they are as kind, efficient, patient, professional, and Wonderful as they can be. Thanks for making my experience with you easy and friendly.

The pharmacy located around the Highland Creek area, is the best of all pharmacies in a 10 mile radias. The staff is knowledgeable, very friendly, and you have little wait time

I work for a medical office and tried to call in a prescription. The pharmacist is extremely rude. Very short, and talking down to you in a condescending manner. Will be putting on our DO NOT CALL list at the office. Extremely unprofessional.

I would never shop at this location again better yet ANY other Harris teeter due to how I was treated today at store location #122 shops at the Highland Harris Teeter off prosperity Church & Ridge Road on 485. This was around 1030 in the morning I had just left Publix grocery store and I left something and ran next-door to the neighborhood Harris Teeter which in the location I would never have expected so much but this visit was very horrible for me. When I walked in the store I was two young juvenile ladies sitting on the handicap carts I have a head cold currently no Covid and I was told her fat A** needs to go somewhere with that covid and I responded if you were not loitering in the lobby of Harris Teeter and you had your mask on properly you wouldn’t have to worry about Covid so they started yelling cursing and threatening to call their sister up to the store. so the first thing I did was immediately went to the customer service desk and informed the front desk manager Justin and another store associate about the encounter and I believe they were skipping school because they were loitering in their lobby area I had already explain to them that they had verbally harassed me because when I did respond to them they started calling me all type of fat and Verbally harassing and assaulting me advise the front desk manager and he went out there and talk to them as I was shopping I ran back into him as I was checking out at self check out and said hey did you handle those ladies he said I’m just a mediator and threw his hands up so when I was walking out of the store after I had shopped and paid for everything in their location I was again verbally assaulted and also threatened by those two young ladies also had water thrown on me as I was leaving out of the store location as they followed and were walking behind me up to my car all of the storefront was just in the front of the store watching that situation that happened so I was very loud and vocal because of what had happened to me so I guess the store took that as making a scene so then they basically flipped the entire situation on me because I was yelling in front of their store Ms Colette (A horrible store manager )as I was trying to speak to her about the situation as she was on the phone with the police it seemed that she was more so focused in on telling the police about me and how vocal I was versus what had happened to me as I was speaking to her she ignored me and continue to let the police know everything that I was doing as she was on the phone with them which I didn’t mind I stayed there the entire time and waited for the police to get there instead of her as a store manager and or Justin the front in supervisor taking care of the situation what they did was ignored me played as if I was not the victim but the suspect in the situation I will continue to go further with this I will not stop Miss Colette and Justin will not be front in management anymore or a store managers and I will continue to escalate this until I’m up in to the CEO of the company I was almost arrest on there premises no one in the store made any type of complaint on the young girls it seemed because they were scared and walked off after the police was being called. I did not choose to press charges only because the little girls were juveniles but in reality I will never shop again in the store location I would not recommend anyone it going to the store because if someone hurts you in the store the store is going to look around and act like they don’t care this is not the first situation that I have seen at this location I have seen a big scene in their store within two associates fighting before which should have been a sign. And just so no one will think I’m just making up things it was Sean and produce manager that was in an argument in the front of the front in about two months ago this is a very non-recommend a place of business and everyone that comes please protect your self and choose Publix’s over them it’s 2 mins further down the street. Denise in pharmacy is awesome and totally made my day! I took time off of work to get a booster at a satellite clinic at a church that I'd scheduled on vaccines.gov. When I got there it was closed and while driving there I'd been sent an email changing my appointment to a place two hours away at a later time. I was so stressed and on a whim stopped into HT to see if they had vaccines available and if they accepted walk ins. Denise helped me schedule an appointment and I was able to get my booster right then and there. After all that I wasn't even late returning to work. What a positive experience and I am very grateful to Denise and Lynn (who btw gives painless shots). Thank you to both of you! 5 stars 10/10 service.

Great place and I understand it busy because it of the holidays, but as a partially disabled person and having to find a cart in the parking lot is hard!

Takes forever dropped my meds off told me about 20 min so I left came back almost an hour lasted to pick up and was told would be another 15-20 min what a joke

Because of the professionalism and tenacity of your pharmacy staff, I was able to receive my medication today in a timely manner. My family has just relocated to Charlotte and you put our minds at ease that we will be taken care of. You texted me at 9:09 am and assured me that my prescription would be taken care of today and it was. Thank you very much
