Pittsburgh tools don't come with a lifetime warranty?!!!! This is what I was told by the cashier when I went to bring back sockets. This location sucks. I went to another harbor freight and they gladly replaced it for me. What's up with that? Funny, it has a lifetime warranty when I bought it. Someone needs to be retrained or the manager needs stop screwing their customers!!!!

Outstanding sales representatives and a good rewards program...Although I don't visit this place very often, when I do, it's always to get a tool that I need right away.They always know exactly which aisle to find what I need, and they always have it in stock.
