There was once a time when outlet malls had amazing prices but I'm finding lately that the prices at the outlet malls are in line with prices at the local Walmart. Maybe they have a different or better selection at the mall but it's still not a huge deal.
Today, Mrs. K. and I were looking for some sleepwear and popped into Hanes at the Charlotte Premium Outlet. In addition to Hanes, you'll find Playtex and L'eggs and other brands here as they're all under the same umbrella.
About five minutes of browsing and we've determined that this store did not have what we wanted.

So happy I shopped here for my Mom! Manager was kind and so helpful! Helped me select just the perfect outfits for her to wear in assisted living where they launder in high heat unfortunately and have ruined so many clothes already. Thank you for the help! I will be back!

Cashier rung up the same item twice, so I was charged for something that I didn't get. Discount wasn't properly applied. They do not answer the phone.

Upon arriving to the store, my family was not greeted. I needed help finding a particular bra but I saw only one staff member ringing up a customer so I let it slide… until another staff member came out and asked group of young boys , who came after me, if they needed help. I was still never acknowledged so I decided to leave and not spend my money here. Overall it looked like a good selection of products but it was a bit overwhelming.

Hanes was clean, the selection was good. They were having a good sale as well as clearance items. The associate was extremely nice as I kept asking her about the prices and what the sales price would be. She was very patient.I would go again!!!
