Brett is my go to for working the kinks out of my neck & back! He listens to my needs & sore spots & tackles them with the utmost care. I recently had rotator cuff surgery & had a massage (8 wks post-op) & it really helped aid in the healing process, you wouldn’t believe how locked up certain muscles became from not using them. First - the checking in process was pleasant & my provider did a great facial . The rating does not reflect my service . But - my husband bought a massage & facial special . I did the facial , no appts were available for massages . When it came time to check out I was told my facial gift card had expired . This was never mentioned to my husband , nor was it anywhere on the card . Long story short I had to pay $99.00 for my FREE FACIAL. Someone else in waiting room had the same thing happen. I will not go back to this location , when I get my massage .
9/7/24 UPDATE - Hand & Stone did respond , and asked me to contact them, which I did by e-mail & calling . I was told they would get back to me - never heard another word . Very disappointing.

This was by far the best facial I’ve ever had. Breanna was very knowledgeable & informed me on things to do at home. Breanna took her time & made sure I was relaxed. I left feeling good with a special glow on my face. Thank you Breanna, I will be returning soon!!!

I LOVE!!! THIS PLACE!!! Breanna was my waxer and it was my first time! she handle my nerves so well and talked me through it!!!! Such a sweet soul and so kind!! ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER!!!! 100000000/10. I will definitely be back! ;)
