I love going to get facials with Annie! She is so sweet and professional and knows exactly what she’s doing. My skin issues have cleared up since seeing her for a few months now. She really cares about her customers and gets down to the root of your skin problems. I highly recommend booking with Annie for all your facial needs. I won’t be going to anyone else ever again!!!

My massage was alright, not much of a massage, more like a rub down of oil. I also booked for an hour and only received 45 minutes. Honestly, I’m just disappointed. I feel like I wasted $80.

As long as you ask them for what you want, you will get what you want. Just be clear if you want a therapeutic massage or more force.

I was recommended this place after an awful experience at another facial place in South End. A friend of mine, Siena, told me to come and so I did. Upon walking in, I was greeted by Siena who had a smile on her face and was very welcoming. I had such a nice experience with my esthetician, Emma J. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and overall took her time. At check out, Kendyll was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in her area. I ended up signing up for the membership and hope to continue to have such wonderful experiences. Shout out to Kendyll, Siena, and Emma J! Truly could not asked for a better experience after such a terrible one.

As a chain massage place, it is nice. All of the people were super friendly. The waiting room was comfortable. My massage started 10 minutes late, but she still gave me all my time.
As a person with a chronic illness that causes muscle spasticity and pain, I am very experienced in getting massages. I have a massage therapist that I see regularly at home, but I was in Charlotte visiting family and in serious pain.
I tried to explain to the massage therapist my needs, where my pain was, and what we could do if there was time. I did not have view of the clock so I couldn't tell where we were in the session while on the table.
She was very friendly and we had a wonderful conversation. Unfortunately, we "ran out of time" prior to getting 1 of the 2 places of my reason for being there. But she spent time on other places. She told me that she wished I had booked a longer session.
Apparently, I was to be charged extra for trigger-point massage, which I don't know the explanation for, unless it is that therapists that know it are more expensive? But the very kind young woman at the desk comped me that due to my complaint then explained the membership.
My sister in law swears by this place. She really enjoys the woman that she sees. I think if you have just general mild tightness, this place has got what you need. I should have spoken up sooner and maybe kept my phone on me to check the time making sure I got my needs met. And also, this isn't a place for people like me with chronic conditions. You really need someone specialized in medical pain relief massage.

Appointment booked more than a month in advance and getting a call less than 15 hours before the appointment to inform ‘the room is not available’. Such poor scheduling process with complete disregard of customer’s time. This is the treatment to a long standing member at this facility. Take my advice and drive 10 more minutes to Indian Land location where they value every customer and stay true to their appointments.

The service is good. However, they started to call me right before my appointments and move the time after waiting weeks for the allotted time. I recommend finding a place more reliable.

I love getting my facials here, but I don't like how they are constantly trying to up sale me or sell me products every time I come in. I already have a membership ... I just want to enjoy the service I paid for.
