Went to this store over the weekend as a trip to NC from VA and I have never been treated so poorly by staff in my life. Myself and the two people I was with were stared down and followed by multiple employees and asked over and over again if we needed help as if we were going to steal something. Took our business to neimans and bought an MCM belt with MUCH better customer service.

Avoid this location if you want good customer service. I dropped a wallet off here for repair. They have been nothing but empty promises and I have had to stay on them to get things done. They’ve yet to offer an apology for not following through with anything. I guess because they’re “Gucci” they don’t think they owe apologies to the “littl people.”

Terrible experience. I was shopping for my birthday present. Luis helped us and was the only positive part of the experience.
I went home after purchasing a purse and the purse just didn't feel right. I brought the purse back to return <2 days later, with the intention to purchase something I liked more in the future. I was told, rather scolded, by a salesperson that I returned the bag "damaged". I came to realize I never even saw the purse before I bought it - they package the merchandise BEHIND closed doors. I did not take it out of its packaging. When they inspected the bag, they again, went behind closed doors and came out showing me a faint line of indentation, and that the store would unfortunately be unable to resell the item, but they would "honor" the return, as if it's a favor to me. Doesn't feel like you're shopping a luxury brand, more like a scam with poor customer service.

My review is for Gucci online retail. I ordered a new reversible belt that unbeknownst to me has a removable belt keeper/loop. It fell off and I found it the first time. The second time I was unable to locate it in my closet. I called Gucci customer service almost two weeks ago and also submitted a service request online nearly two weeks ago. I will pay for the replacement but I can’t get an acknowledgment or any kind of response about next steps. I spent about $600 on this belt and it’s really upsetting I can’t enjoy it. My wife and I have spent an embarrassing amount of money with Gucci over the years and this may be my last purchase if they can’t even bother to call me to tell me they can’t or won’t help me.

My husband and I shop here often, we had the pleasure of meeting Christopher Reed yesterday. Christopher’s level of professionalism, genuine friendliness, patience , product knowledge and exceptional customer service was hands down THE BEST shopping experience we have ever experienced with Gucci. Christopher is truly the epitome of what a quality sales experience should be!!!

Horrible customer service experience. I took my trolley to be repaired and cleaned. The repairs were minor. I was told to to expect an estimate in 2 weeks. After the 3rd week I called to ask where the estimate was. I was told to check my spam folder - nothing. More calls to customer service. Finally it arrived. $350 to replace the leather tag on the zipper and clean the outside- ridiculous but I paid it. After two month I called for an update. After no less than 6 calls to customer service, and conversations with a supervisor I finally got a response from South Park. I needed to be aggressive to get any positive action. For a luxury store customer service needs much improvement. Brace yourself for a less that satisfactory experience.

Let’s start off by saying good customer service has gone out the door, even in Luxury but my experience was a great one at Gucci Southpark.
As I walked in the store I was greeted by a smile and “Hi my name is Nikki, how may I help you”. We shared a conversation and she got me what I needed, but she had such good spirit about herself I decided to buy more than what I was coming for.
10s across the board with my shopping experience with Nikki (Nicole).

Made and in store return back in November and they refunded my credit card the incorrect amount. Have been going back and forth with corporate and can’t get anyone in the store on the phone. Still waiting on the correct refund. Should NOT take this long.

A few months back, I was in dire need of white trousers within a very strict time period for a charity event I planned to attend. I checked in Neiman's, AMQ, Saint Laurent, and even Nordstrom to no avail. I figured I might as well check Gucci to see if they had anything I could wear for the event. When I walked in, I barely crossed the threshold of the door when a disgustingly rude woman asked if I needed help. I explained what I was searching for and her immediate response was, "No, we don't have that. Maybe try looking at Express." EXPRESS??!! Is that a joke?!?! I have never felt so demeaned in my life by an SA. As if I look like someone that shops at a bargain store!! I will not be back, despite not really being a Gucci fan at all to begin with; now I'm REALLY not a fan.

Taking my business somewhere else & never stepping foot in here again as a charlotte native. walked in gucci for the first time anticipating to buy my first piece and wasnt approached by any associates if i needed help and needed to flag one down in a very empty store. They ended up being very awkward but pushy and rude to the point i contemplated if the staff happened to be on the spectrum or something because it was VERY offputting. i didnt end up purchasing because i didnt want to give them the commission due to the service being so unwelcoming compared to my experience at LV just moments before. & just like i anticipated, upon exiting without making the purchase, the staff just stared at me with no exit greetings out of the door. as the cherry on top the carpet inside makes the entire store blindingly stink like feet.

I arrived at the store door at 5:57 pm and they denied me access to the store. They said I would have to come back tomorrow. Clearly on the website it states that they close at 6:00 pm!
