Highly recommend Mavis tire! Will did a phenomenal job helping me find exactly what I needed and their rates were so fair compared to the quotes I got from other businesses. I will be returning for all of my future tire and break needs! Everyone I spoke with was kind and they worked incredibly fast considering I had no appointment and was stuck there with a giant dog.

I go to Mavis for all services. I needed new tires and was able to make an appointment with Mavis day-of. I would have had to wait two days with other businesses in the area. Regardless of the location, the staff is always thorough with their explanations, making you feel confident in the work done. Will at this location helped me today and was great!

Appt at 4pm for 4 tires... Showed up and checked in and was told they would prob get it to the back in about 15 mins and it would prob take 1-1.5 hrs...i know it doesn't always mean something but didn't look very busy and lots of bays opened...1.5 hr I went to desk to check in on progress. It was still in the same parking space in lot. Desk guy went to pull it in and said they only had 1 lift for pick up (sierra 1500, not a really big truck)...so 1.5 hrs gone and it just got pulled in...good times...
Prices not bad, that's why not 1
Edit...we r now 2.45 hrs in to a process that they do daily

Brought my Honda CR-V to this Mavis for a slow leak in tire. My 4 tires were purchased from Mavis mid 2022. After about a 90 minute wait the supervisor informed me that they could not find a leak but any leak would not be repaired because the tire is dry rotted. I ask him to show me the dry rot. He pointed to tiny lines in between the tire tread. I drove the car home, dismounted the tire, sprayed it with soap solution and identified the leak within 6” of where I expressed I thought there was a leak. I also repaired it. No more leak Mavis and didn’t need to purchase new tires. See the photo for yourself. Dry rot??

O stars. Often drove by here thinking it might be worth trying. Made an appointment to arrive and find out mechanics no showed on that day. Was told that it would be 2 hours. Waited for 40 mins until one of the customer relations people was too busy talking about the worlds problems to even answer the phone. Sure looked to me like there was little effort to get work done. I just left and will not return. BTW I have never written a review before.......

I visited your shop for a simple service like vehicle alignment and it turned out that I ended up with another car problem. When I received my car and was about to start driving, the steering wheel was very difficult to steer, I had no steering power at all. I went back to the customer service counter and the employee told me that the car had a leak in the power steering line, which I know was not true. The strange thing is that they never updated me on what was going on while they were working on the vehicle. The staff always insisted that they had nothing to do with the malfunction. I had to add some fluid into the power steering container, but that of course did not solve the problem. Now there is a high chance that I will have to replace the pump. A strange and unpleasant experience.

I had a great experience here. Initially, I gave the green light for both brake pads and calipers to be replaced.. However, they determined that the calipers were still in good shape and didn't need replacing. By choosing to inform me rather than proceeding unnecessarily, they saved me about $400. I want to give a special shout-out to the store manager, Tim, for overseeing such an honest operation. It's refreshing to see integrity like this in the auto repair business.
