Made an appointment to get an oil change and got there only to be told that they didn't have oil or oil filters. Never received a call to be informed of that before getting there.

On more than one occasion I have used this location for a no charge tire pressure check. Although I was not in need of new tires they were welcoming, and honest in their evaluation of my tire condition. They will be my "go to " for new tires. Great community resource!!

They will rip you off--told me they rotated my tires and inflated them and they did not. Even when I took it back a second time!

I had an appointment at 8:00am for new tires. Drove from Greensboro (because my kids had a game in Charlotte) made it at 8:00am. Took the guy about 15 to get me checked in all to find out that the 8:00am worker did not show up yet. I called yesterday to make sure I could come at 8am due to having a 9am meeting. One of the guys finally arrives at 8:37. The guy didn’t get started on my tires until around 9am!! What a huge inconvenience!!! Very slow service!! Missed my whole 9:00 meeting!!

Replaced 4 tires for $850 and when I got in my car, I noticed my right front center wheel cap was missing. The guy said the tech told him it was missing, when I brought the car in. I noticed it missing immediately upon getting in the car. No way was it missing before. The guy said the tech had no reason to lie. Why would I lie? They think I'm out to trick them into buying me a replacement? It was $50 on eBay and the seller was from Charlotte. Maybe the tech? That would be a reason to lie. Just stay away from them. The online estimate is less than pick up price. The staff was rude and unhelpful.
