Jason is extremely nice and informative. He held on to the car for almost a week while I worked out financing. The buying progress on his part was as easy as it gets. 10/10 recommend Good Motives and would certainly buy from him again.

Jason is a five star seller and an absolute unicorn among used car dealers. We drove from New York to North Carolina to buy a truck and we were pleasantly surprised by his care and treatment of us and the truck. The vehicle was better than expected, and Jason was professional and prompt. For our next southern used car, we won’t even bother to make the trip, we trust him enough to simply pick up the phone, do the deal and have him ship the car to New York. Thank you Jason!

Purchased a 2003 911 from Jason. Admittedly, we were a little skeptical about the car, however the vehicle was as described. I even delayed my review for a bit just to make sure I didn’t have any major issues. Although I have repaired a few things with the car, they are usual issues with this vehicle and we didn’t expect it to be perfect. Car runs great which was our biggest concern. Overall, we are very pleased with the experience. Jason has a lot of positive reviews and we understand why now.

This was only the second time ever buying from a dealer and we were extremely pleased with how professional yet laid back Jason was. I read all, I mean all, of the reviews and felt what few complaints there were related to mis-communication. However, our experience was that Jason was very communicative and assured us he wouldn't show the car until after we viewed in the following day. We drove 5 hours from VA and after test driving for almost 1 hour, we loved the car and Jason processed our paperwork in about 30 min! We were back on the road with a like-new 2018 Subaru Outback and absolutely love the car. The price we negotiated was exceptional and I feel the entire experience was worth the 10-hour round trip. We highly recommend Jason and Good Motives.

I bought a car from them 7 months ago. It was such an easy process that I almost felt like one of the car commercials where i "missed the drama" of it all. :)
I am a researcher and deal hunter. I first went to Good motives to test drive the car with my husband. It was a nice no pressure experiance. I then purchased my own car fax even though they offered it there for free and all checked out.
I then compared several similar cars online and none of them came close to the price for the mileage...but being me that I am I also went and test drove similar trim packages.
After all my hunting, searching, test driving, and driving my husband crazy..we called Good motives and ran up there next day to get my car!!!! Again so easy and took only minutes instead of hours at other dealers.
Also bonus that I didn't know at the time was they put brand new tires on the car as well!!
Now 7 months later still love the car and not a thing wrong with it.

Good motives Charlotte is a excellent dealer to do business with. Two months ago I purchased a 2015 Kia Soul. Great car! When I talked with the dealer everything he told me about the car was right on the money. Completely up front about everything. I will check with them when I need another car. Good people!!
2 years later!— Still have the Kia Soul and still running great. I have done only regular maintenance. I would highly recommend Good motives Charlotte for The quality of the vehicles. Still ate 5 stars! Thanks again for the car and the great price.

He is a man of his word. The car we got from him was a Toyota Sienna 2015. Clean immaculate condition. Very reasonable price, very good price actually when we compared to the others. I’m definitely going to be doing business again with him.
