I spoke with someone over the phone 2 weeks to set up an appointment to purchase & customize shoes. Today , I drove over 2.5 hours and was told that the appointment was never made and that the artist had to go to a baby shower. If at any point the corporation has concerns about sales then they should definitely look into the staff they have representing them. Very disappointing experience & I’d rather spend my money elsewhere.

I traveled over 2 hours to purchase a pair for my wedding. Emily was AH-MAZING, patient + helped me customize these for my wedding in October!!!! I can’t wait to wear them. THANK YOU SO MUCH for a great experience

Customer service greatly lacking. After a few minutes of my friend and I walking in and being only guests in store, a salesman (preoccupied by his phone) asked if he could help us. Told him I was there to purchase. He told us there was a midi celebration Happening but He never offered to get me any to try on. He went back to playing on his phone. Other 2 behind desk in back just talked to each other. My friend and I decided to go somewhere else because of lack of customer service. Went to Neiman Marcus and the lady immediately helped us. Golden Goose lost 2 purchases because of lack of customer service, as both my friend and I bought a pair. Date visited 3/17/23 around 1pm.

Every time I have been to this store I have had great service. (Even when they were requiring masks). Even when the supply chain was across the country was in shambles they worked with me, bringing out several (and I mean SEVERAL) different pairs of the styles that I asked for. The salesman explained that they are European sizes so I may have to try on a couple of pair to get the right fit. It also meant a lot to me that he only brought out the styles that I asked for because I didn’t just want a pair just to have a pair of Golden Goose shoes. I wanted something that I knew I would wear and enjoy. I have now purchased three pair of these shoes from this location and I have had a great experience each time.

The golden goose artist Emily K. was professional, courteous, and very helpful. She was so excited to design my shoes and very helpful with suggestions. I am impressed with the beautiful job she did!! Also the sales associate from Pittsburgh was upbeat, professional, and helpful. Thank you so much for my experience I will be returning to GG Southpark location.

I am very sadden and just shocked by my experience at the Golden Goose store in Charlotte. I have wanted these sneakers for a couple of months and I was super excited to purchase. So excited that I WAITED 1 hour for the store to open instead of buying them at Nordstrom because I wanted to have the experience of buying at the store. When the store finally opened I browsed around 3 sales representatives were available but no one approached me for assistance. I asked one of the sales representatives for a pair in a size 7, he bought out a 6 and said that was all that was available. I was so excited that I tried them on hoping it was a good fit. Sneakers were too small so I asked for a different pair in a size 7. Sales representative brought out ANOTHER size 6 and said that was all available, I was very annoyed by this because I had just said a 6 was too small. Instead of the Sales representative bringing out what was available in a 7 so I can see and purchase he just brought out something was not going to work. Sales representative was not interested in helping me at all and I ended up walking out with nothing when In fact I walked in wanting two pairs. This experience honestly has made me not want the sneakers at all.

I had a great experience at Golden Goose. One of their employees, Savannah, was very helpful in helping me pick out a pair of shoes. She was very thorough and made sure everything was taken care of for me.
