Getting a polish change. Cut my toe with no regard. Overcharged for a basic polish change. Not for me.

A bit disappointed at price for nails considering they 3/10 of them have chipped or broken since getting them, and that was 2 days ago. Paid $63 (before tip). When I got the nails I knew the design was not done well at all but I’m not one to complain so I went home feeling ok about it. But in 2 days 3 of my nails have chipped. I get SNS regularly and this doesn’t happen.. this was the first time I went here as this place was closer to my job. See pictures for the nails, and notice the “snowflake”.

Good services. They do it quickly and a good price. The person that did my feet, she is efficient and knows what is doing. My feet had a lot work especially the right one lol. Keep the good work.

Had a wonderful experience here! I'm new to the area and was looking to get a full set. I called ahead just to make sure they could take me and they squeezed me in. There was only 1 nail tech working and she did awesome. She was super nice, very professional and did nice work on my acrylics. I will be back. Only recommendation is that they update the polish selection.

As soon as you walk in you're greeted with attitude and stank faces. We called ahead to make sure they can take us and when we arrived there was literally two customers and they said it would be an hour wait. Doesn't even look worth it. One star was being kind.

Service is good everyone is very nice. Nails quality is okay, every time I get a fill I’ve had some chip or Arctic’s fall off. Jen does amazing lashes and they last. The older lady does really great pedicures as well. Super efficient and careful. Sally is very nice too, talkative and professional.

Had to remove my extension in an hour, the extension wasn't applied properly and looked too unreal. Though the women working there are friendly, the work done left me with dissatisfaction.Service: Acrylic nails

This is my go-to for SNS. I've had great SNS done here and have had ok/good SNS (where I know if I had been paying attention I could have asked for a few small corrections). They have a really good selection of colors for SNS, gel, and regular polish. Everyone is always really nice. They are open Sundays - yelp says they are closed.

I asked for the nails in the given picture a little shorter than the shown length (I type for a living). Scheduled an appointment same day and was seen 10-20minutes after scheduled time. Venue was very quiet, which made it a little uncomfortable, but the technicians were all friendly. They aren’t exactly what I wanted but I like them just the same. Definitely overpriced. Ended up paying $90 after leaving a small tip (I would have left more if it hadn’t had been so expensive). Acrylic Full set + Gel (? didn’t ask for but I think I got it) + Nail Art. 3.5/5

I have been here before and everything was fine. This time I went (about a month ago) and got a fill in for my acrylic set with just white gel polish on top. I have never had an issue with my nails turning brown ever. After THREE days with white GEL polish… my nails started from the tip turning more and more brown. My nails looked dirty and nasty. I’ve never seen this before… very disappointed and now will not be back. I will post a picture of my white tonails (done elsewhere) done a month before my nails and how much of a color change my nails had in 3 days….. plus the shape was off on my pinky and at least one other which just didn’t help…. Sally did an awesome job on my nails, I was across the street getting my son a retwist on his hair and needed to get my nails done in the area because I’m from Kings Mountain so I usually travel to Gastonia or Shelby but anywho Vincent told me to come over here because this is where he goes so here I am sitting in the pedicure chair now and I feel like it’s going to be a good one cause it’s hurting lol????….. thanks you guys and I will be back???

No music. No TV. I was the only one there. Trash cans were over flowing, so they clearly don't clean. Smelled like a Chinese restaurant. Place was a mess. Scheduled online and cost was 38 for a fill in. Was charged 42. I won't go back
