Worst customer service today when I visited the store. The guy is so bad and have 0 customer service or customer value. He definitely needs coaching or has to be fired. I will never coming to this store again.

We experienced the WORST customer service at this store. We have shopped at Gap for 20 years and were treated as though we had worn the clothes previously before returning them. The cashier was disrespectful and the manager was just as bad. We will travel farther to go to a different store from now on.

Family had purchased clothes from this location when it was a gap before Christmas. Clothes did not fit so we tried to return and they would not accept and told us to go to the mall.

Website does NOT indicate that this a Kid’s Gap store, and Gap Factory store. Perturbed that I drove to do a return, and it’s not accepted at this location.

This is a Gap Factory store, this should be updated. Drove over a half hour to find out I couldn't do an exchange of a gap product because it's a factory outlet.

Staff was rude and stand-offish. We felt like we were being "watched" while shopping and when I asked questions about the sale prices not reflecting, I was made to feel stupid that they weren't reflected yet. There's plenty of other stores in the area, we don't need to go back there, and don't plan to.
