Great customer service! I live out of state and ordered a plant from someone in Charlotte to be delivered as a gift. It was a tricky address, but Gallery of Flowers went out of their way to ensure delivery.

Galleria of flowers will be the only place I will buy flowers for any event. The customer service excellent, the owner, amazing!!! The flowers and plants are beautiful. My son lost his best friend on his birthday this year. I went to multiple florist looking for a beautiful Peace Lily, and when I arrived at Galleria flowers, I was in love. I purchased a peace lily for his best friend’s mother a day or two later, he lost his great uncle. I purchased a peace lily for his grandfather. I received a phone call once the plant was delivered, and his grandmother and grandfather could not believe how beauty of the Peace Lily. She has multiple plants, but she said this was the most beautiful plant she had ever received.

What a great place to buy flowers from! The staff was super friendly and the lady who put together flowers for me did a fantastic job. I told her she can arrange the flowers in whatever way she thought was best and I was impressed with how beautiful they turned out!

I gave a 5 because a 10 isn’t available, this company and their staff are amazing. Called at 10 and flowers delivered by 12 same day, The flowers that they delivered looked fake, because they were so perfect. The staff that answers the phone are always pleasant and very detailed. I’ve used them twice and both times they were great. If you need flowers in Charlotte this is the place to go, hands down!

Dustin went beyond my expectations. I needed an arrangement delivered to a church for a funeral. Discovered the church didn't have anyone on site. The flowers needed to be there on a Saturday. He contacted the church and had the maintenance staff meet HIM Saturday morning to deliver the flowers.Gallery of Flowers has a new customer.
