I am honestly shocked at how well the touchless car wash cleaned my Corvette! There literally is not a spot on it, and I didn't even towel dry it. The associate working there was so kind and helpful as well. I will most definitely be returning here!! Please open a location in South Charlotte/Waxhaw!! ?

The car wash itself is fine. What is NOT okay is charging full prices on washes when there has been construction of a new Taco Bell going on for at least 3 months. You wash your car and immediately have it dirty again once you leave.

Best car wash in town by far! They take the time and effort to pre clean my car and it exits out of the wash perfectly clean. I drive twice as far but get twice the results. I love this place!

Very good "no touch" carwash. Also loved the long reach vacuum hoses. We had just arrived in Charlotte the day before have driven from Toronto, through snow and rain. Pleasantly surprised that there was almost no spotting. I'll be back ?

I did not like the touchless wash. The last time I washed my car was 6 days ago, I’ve barely gone anywhere since then so it was not very dirty to begin with. My car literally looks like I didn’t even wash it. If anything, it looks dirtier because there is dried soap everywhere. The only thing cleaned decently are my rims, the best wash package didn’t even offer tire gloss. The soap was not at all fully rinsed off. I’m very disappointed and wish I hadn’t wasted $16!!!
*Edit to add: As far as customer service goes, the manager did promptly and very nicely respond to my concerns and offered me a refund or conveyor wash, which left me satisfied.

Very great service and car wash cleaned my BMW very well for $12! I drive 25 mins here because it’s touchless & well kept.

This car wash exceeds others by miles. Employees use soft brushes to prep clean your car before sending you through a very thorough wash and dry cycle. The staff are friendly and helpful. Now that I’ve found it, this is my new weekly car wash destination!

The touchless wash was pointless. My car is still very dirty after paying for the ultimate wash. Unless your car is basically clean and you need a maintenance wash I don't recommend using the touchless. I feel like I just threw $16 down the drain.
