Gabe was respectful, informative, and very pleasant to work with. He made sure we were happy with our purchase without being pushy or overwhelming. Would happily recommend him to anyone in the market!
While Gabe was wonderful, the delivery was horrible. The mattress was mishandled, the base is ripped, and the piece for the headboard was not delivered even after we called this morning to make sure it was included. The guys delivering kept handing all the little pieces (pillows, sheets, etc) to my husband while he was trying to hold the dog.
I called the store to get a replacement delivered. The guy who answered said we can file a warranty claim. We just dropped over $5000 on this bed. I shouldn't have to wait for a warranty claim. I asked to speak with a manager and he said there wasn't one there. I requested that this issue please be sent to a manager today so they can replace tomorrow. The man laughed at me, literally laughed at me, and said very condescendingly, "Sure, have a goodnight."
If this isn't resolved by tomorrow I will return the entire purchase. Not the quality or experience you expect when you spend this much money.

I cannot recommend Denver mattress in Charlotte, North Carolina with Ryan more!! Great sales service, he took his time with us and helped us pick out the best pillows for our king bed. Can’t wait to sleep on them. Ryan was awesome!

Great time with Gabe Brown at Furniture Row. Super helpful and relaxing shopping experience. Didn’t go in with any expectations but was very grateful for the level of care we got. Stoked to have a better bed (our current one is 5 years old name brand hybrid and sags), hopefully a better nights sleep and we threw in the adjustable base with all the bells for close to that same cost as one “name brand” bed with 70% profit markup. I am hoping time will be kinder to this bed and us, I will update review after 1 year and 2yr to see. They have a warranty and we got a few freebies too like sheets and pillows. What a great total package. Experience was excellent and durability to be determined. At least now I have massaging bed and under lights so I don’t have to stumble blindly in thingy to the bathroom. Woo! Thanks Gabe!
