Freeman's car stereo has always went beyond expectations for customer service. You can just tell when a company has real and legit people who care about what they do. Kendall was passionate and very patient, his knowledge about this industry is unreal. Rob (the owner) has master communication and runs that place like clockwork. To top it off one of the installers found a gift card that I lost and made sure I received it. Don't go anywhere else...

This is the second time I’m working with Freeman’s Car stereo shop. Robert and Mike are excellent to work with. I totally recommend them guys ! Give em a try. I use them for my personal and business vehicle and their coordination timing and pricing are impeccable!!

Excellent service and very professional. I had the 12-in down firing sub by kicker along with the kicker 1600 W max amplifier to it. They installed it flawless and looks very clean. Thank you guys at Freeman's Car stereo. Highly recommend!

Robert is great. Rather than just selling you something, he takes the time to understand your goals, then takes it from there. In fact, he simply helped adjust my head unit to make my existing system sound better. No charge. Top-notch service.

Now, a lot of places will tell you to take it to a Mercedes Benz dealership when it comes to Mercedes. I put my trust in Freeman and they did an amazing job. Fixed it within an hour and told me everything I needed to know to trust them. They are very professional and know what they are doing. The prices are very reasonable, don’t hesitate to book.

Walked in to see about getting some speakers installed. The guy behind the counter needs to find another Job because I honestly don’t even believe he knows that place sales audio. Or speakers for that matter. Didnt even seem like he had the knowledge to do anything custom at all. ? do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. Thats for damn sure.

Freeman’s of Charlotte is THE BEST stereo store I have ever been to! Robert Yates is awesome! He is very professional and gives terrific service. He has been very helpful in all of my transactions!
