So I’ve placed an order for a Christmas gift for my daughter last Tuesday with standards shipping 3-5 business days. The order was sent to this location to be fulfilled and shipped out. The item was packaged, a shipping label was created, and it was ready for pick up just a few hours after I placed the order. However a week later there has been no update on my package since! I called customer service several times and they could not get in contact with anyone from this store to figure out what was going on with my package. A customer service rep gave me the store's number and I’ve called several and still no answer. I have no idea what’s going on with my order and it’s very frustrating that no one from this store can answer the phone to give an update to me or their customer service reps! The item I PURCHASED at Foot Locker 6 days ago is no longer available anywhere so I can’t even go elsewhere to purchase a replacement! I am very on edge about this! And I can’t get any information on what’s going on with my order and why it hasn’t been shipped out yet because no one at this store location would answer the phone! This is unacceptable! From the reviews I’ve read this store needs to revamp their entire team because a customer first attitude is what this team is lacking! And I’m not even going to go into details about the rude experience I had while speaking to one of the customers service supervisors who goes by the name of Karen! She did nothing but made things worst and got cursed out!

This store is located right in front of Van's and beside urban outfitters. Went on a Saturday, and it was BUSY as expected. Walked in and didn't really have to venture far as what I was looking for was right in front of the store. It took a couple of minutes to be able to get an employees attention. Once we spoke to someone, we got what we needed and checked out. All the employees were nice. They have a variety of shoe options from men, women's and kids. I didn't see any sales going on.

My experience with footlocker at South Park Mall was unprofessional. I think this store should be shut down just like the other stores. Especially since South Park is a very fancy mall. Their customer service is bad. I ordered some shoes online, and I had them shipped to the store. Well, I wanted to know what the status of when my shoes were going to come in. Well, I call the store 4 times within one day. Nobody never answers the phone. When I finally got someone on the phone, they acted like they had no clue on the information I was giving them. I think the employee doesn't take customer service seriously or shows the customers no attention. Due to the status of my shoes, I never received my shoes on time due to the employee or manager that runs that store. I used to work at footlocker and footlocker kids in the past, so I know how that store operates.

Went all the way to the mall for footlocker to be told it's no longer in the mall. If this is correct you really need to update your website.

I have attempted to call this store about 15 times in regards to an order I had placed that I needed refunded because I live out of state and the order that was placed was meant to be a gift. I am either hung up on or sent to voicemail. I am very disappointed and irritated that it has been so difficult for someone to pick up the phone as I have limited/no availability to drive 6 hours to Charlotte to resolve this issue. I have also attempted the call center and my carrier who both told me, "There's nothing we can do." and simply being rude.

Staff couldn't care less about me, and left to start servicing others customers, after mumbling something about not knowing if they had shoes in my size.

We got been inside the store and on front of me store worker hided our shopping bag from other store just stoledOnly after i asked to inspect cameras he gave back!!!
