I frequent this Food Lion because its closest to me. However, I won't be buying groceries from them going forward. On several occasions I have seen spoiled bread in the bakery/deli section and I've had to return meat the very next day because it smelled spoiled.Unfortunately, this was not a one off situation. I purchased lamb chops two days ago after work. It was the last one and there was no indication it was about to spoil. When I got home I immediately washed it and seasoned it. I thought it smelled funny at first but then it was fine until midway through cooking. There was a strange smell coming from my air fryer I thought maybe it might be the new seasoning I tried. NO!!!! When I made a plate and sliced it, it had the WORST SMELL EVER!!! I had to immediately clean my kitchen and take the trash out! It stunk up my ENTIRE APARTMENT IN A MATTER OF MINUTES! It took candles, air freshner and leaving my windows open for a few hrs before the smell was gone. Thank God my family has a cold, I was the only one who had to suffer that night. NO MORE FOOD FROM FOOD LION FOR ME!!!

First time at food lions and had a wonderful experience been helped by "tisha" she was so helpful kindly helping patiently us find what we needed even tho store was almost closed at night, thanks again tisha for making a diference we will come again

Low prices! They are doing good within their limitations. Good selection of fruits and vegetables. The store is very clean and the fruit section is really well stocked

I love this store!!! It's my go to when ever I need anything. Very clean. Staff is super niceIt feels like a family store.Staff is always ready to help. The girls at the deli are awesome.Clean,clean,clean as a whistle !!!!Always good parking. I love shopping here.Keep up the good work guys!!!!!!

I've been shopping here for 15 years. Recent management change and store and staff are not being managed well. I'm sad because it is the store closest to our home, but I'm going to find a new store soon.
