The staff at this location are amazing!!! I accidentally dropped a very important locket that broke off my necklace in the holes of the coin star machine and I tried calling coin star myself to see if someone would get it out for me… I had no luck reaching coin star… the lady at the register told her manager what happened and they tried to get the locket out when they weren’t successful they contacted coin star and had a technician come get it… they called me and let me know they had it!!! Amazing customer service and amazing employees at this location!!! Again thank you so much to the staff that helped me get back that locket!!!!

Ive been standing waiting on customer service associate for 30 min. 5 employees have walked by including a manager and no one has even acknowledged anyone and its a line of ppl. The gm has walked by and he turned his head so he acted like he didnt see us. This is a pathetic group of employees and its sad. Everyone working here but not one person acknowledged us. Them employees working 6/14 at 10:50 should all be fired.

Twice I have had groceries delivered fron this store on Albermarle Rd, Charlotte, NC, through FoodLion app.This store only uses Instacart. The first time, I was told to contact Instacart since a refund was needed, shoppers and delivery performed by Instacart employees. 2nd time, I tried to
find a way to contact shopper, no link, called store and Instacart still unable to reach or driver. Drive said he was unable to be reached, cause he was only th delivery person, not a shopper. I will no long have groceries delivered! There is always a mistake, and who is responsible for refunding money. Driver says he doesn’t shop, store says they neither shop nor deliver

Worst Food-lion ever! Not even interested to help or do anything. Asked for some help just get ignore. Pay a little more an get to a better grocery.

The daytime manager who works the 9am-5pm is a thick older lady who has blond hair. She faulsly accused me of stealing meat from the store .. week prior to her confronting me. As I tried to tell the lady she has the. Wrong person it wasn't me she started to raise her voice becoming so loud that now other people are focused in on what's been said. Again I try to tell the lady it wasn't me and she then says and I quote "if I wasn't on camera oh I would...you are Lucky .." at that moment a man who also works at a food lion came up and told the lady to calm down. As if I was doing something to pump her up!! I keep walking to the closet exit only saying it wasn't me I swear u got me confused with someone else...so wow if u got to the food lion on Albemarle rd . During 9-5 watch out for the tall thick blond she is making threats on innocent people who have done nothing.

Store is nice, employees very helpful. Manager doesn't seem to be interested in my opinion. Parking lot has an abandoned car with 3 flat tires that has been there for days. Homeless people sleeping on the sidewalk by the door. I reported this to the manager and he looked at me like I was the problem. I probably won't be back. There are too many other places to shop that don't have these issues.

I always load my coupons and shop n save deals which is extremely helpful with the cost of food
