I'm a regular. Really can't beat the prices. And sometimes you'll be surprised by the items you find here that you can't find at other stores. But customer service and product knowledge are not their strong suit. Doesn't bother me personally because I already know what I'm looking for. If you want your grocer to greet you, smile, check on you, and explain products in detail, I'd stick to Publix or TJ's.

needs a whole store sweep for management especially customer service ladies with nasty attitudes who do nothing!! Set you up if cashier and very prejudiced!! Very unprofessional and customer service lazy with most disgusting attitudes! Call coperate, they do nothing!! Just don’t shop there, lines also always long and no effort of team to step in and help! Just slack and whack!!

I visited your store and am still horrified. The store is smelly and dirty. The products look stale, and there's mess everywhere. The displays are half-empty, with rotten vegetables. The cashiers don't greet you, say goodbye, or ask if you have MVP card and so on and so far.

The store is horrible and small. They usually have good markdowns. The cashiers are ghetto and mostly AA female which they usually create drama towards customers. I thought FL is EOE company. They need to have some male employees and self checkout. Noah refuse to ring me up and had another cashier to ring me had to grab carts.
