I live in Wilmington and needed to send flowers to someone special to me. A Google search landed me on BloomCLT and I'm lucky it did.
They took the time to contact me about the arrangement, delivered it on time with care, and somehow managed to include her favorite flower.
It's nice to have someone you can trust when you're too far away to oversee it yourself. I can't thank them enough.

One picture is what I ordered. The other picture is what was received. I was disappointed, let them know and they offered to make it right with a partial refund. Overall, good company to work with and I will give them another chance.

I called around 10:30am on 8/28/24 and requested a bouquet, but stated that I did not need a vase as we have PLENTY in our house already. Bloom offered their Luxe wrap instead and was available for pickup by 1pm! I was not disappointed and I don’t think my partner will be either!

I was on a last minute search for a flower arrangement, I wasn’t sure what I was doing but the staff was super kind and walked me through it. Amazing!! Highly recommend.

The first picture is what I ordered and the second is what they sent. Not even remotely close and they didn’t even refund me half the cost of the flowers. They only refunded me $37 of the $150 I spent. Would for sure go somewhere else. Ripped off.

I placed an order for my Sun’s funeral and asked them to please take a picture of the basket before it went out. The woman on the phone stated it wouldn’t be a problem never received the picture of what they stated they delivered. They don’t communicate well in their florist and didn’t appreciate it. Only asked for one thing a picture of what they would deliver never got it.

Mother’s Day flowers arrived two days late and are not as ordered. Then they gave us a hard time when we wanted a refund. Ridiculous excuse for a business. Don’t give your money to these scammers

The team at Bloom CLT does phenomenal work. The flowers were amazing, and they reached out to me to discuss the design of the arrangement ahead of delivery. That was so personal and thoughtful. Top notch service all around!
