Very please with their selection and pricing... I added a finished picture of our powder room install with Floor & Decor tile and wood flooring we used along with accent tile to top a small storage shelf. Highly recommend shopping there!

I’m writing to truly thank Luko for his excellent customer service. I came in for an appointment with him on an idea to design a fire place and add backsplash to my kitchen. His suggestions were beyond my expectations and gave me great ideas I would have never thought of. Every time I see him, he always stops to assist me. He’s amazing and I would give him more than 5 Stars. Thank you Luko. Can’t wait to share pictures of my fireplace.

This is our 5th tome visiting the store
In the past, we had one lady help us. Today was definitely a different day. We were looking for shower tile slabs. Raymond, greeted us and went out his way to contact the Mooresville location that carried the size we were seeking He put us on speaker with the store to get all the pertinent information. He went above and beyond his duties making the process smoother.
Nest we had Moises on bathroom floor tiles. He was a wealth of information and made sure thst our shower floor, bathroom floor and marble sink match. He had us looking at various grout colors and sealants. We picked and send all the information to our contractor .
Last, Moises introduced us to Cole. We explained we had a hump in our hallway floor and needed to be sure the flooring was flexible, with padding to accommodate. He explained several flooring and we chosed two flooring to give to our contractor that will work in the guest bathroom and rest of home.
I dont know what it was about today, but all staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They all helped finalize stage one of the home remodeling efforts. Because of them our second phase with the basement should be easier.
