We’ve been to a lot of firehouse locations and love their food but the service has been lacking. This location however, their staff was too notch. From our order being taken to an employee who obviously just got off a shift asking how our food was. You can tell that they like working together, take care of each other and are there to work. I applaud the staff, the training and the manger. Thanks for a great experience!

The manager Jonathan B is very rude and doesn’t care about the customers at all. My wife came in and offered a sandwich the way she likes it and they made it wrong. I came back to exchange for the same sandwich the correct way and he charged me for a whole sandwich again. He explained to me that he doesn’t know what happened but he has to still charge me for a full sandwich. Great way to keep customers coming back as we eat there all the time. This will be our last time at this location. Jonathan B has no customer service experience he definitely shouldn’t be a manager.

Went there on Halloween with my family, placed an order that was close to $50. Tried to pay in cash with a $100 bill and the manager refused to take my money. Turned us away, knowing we had a small child with us and it was late. I find this to be the worst kind of customer service. Shame on Firehouse for not accepting legal tender and leaving people hungry.

They changed their ingredients and portions dramatically. The sandwiches are smaller, now. And they use less meat on the sandwiches. I was a frequent buyer of the steak and cheese. It used to have shaved beef, now it has cut-up portions of deli roast beef and has half the quantity. I found myself asking "where is the meat?". The bread tasted like it had more wood powder than flour. We won't be back. The service is as good as ever, but the food has taken a serious decline.

So I kind of gave up on this Sub shop for a while but returned to it recently. Glad I did, after trying another old standard Sub place this was so much better, so Not sure if they just revitalized it or got new management or what but the sandwiches were delicious ! We had three different kinds and asked for the extra large which made them a little more expensive but totally worth it! Chock full of meat and cheese and fresh bread ! Everything, Beef , Ham , Turkey and all the cheeses were fresh and sliced. Perfect. I will be back !

Every time I come here I order my sandwich without cheese, it even states it on my receipt. Every time they put cheese on it! Do they not read what you request?? $16 for a sandwich and they can’t get it right? I won’t come back.

The ordering process specifically asks whether you want your order handed to you or left outside. I asked for it to be handed to me. It was left on the step they didn't even ring the doorbell. I won't be ordering from there again.

Mayo should be an addition to sandwich, not the whole meal. Also, I added very specifics instructions to the online order including extra condiments, veggies etc. nothing was added to the order. Second time this has happened at this location. Last time I shop here. Quality has really taken a hit the past few years.
