Warning: Don't order anything from this business. If anything goes wrong like with shipping you are out of luck and money! My package never arrived. I was told it's not the responsibility of the store now that I need to take that up with the delivery people(UPS). UPS told me to contact the store. Long story short I'm out 115 dollars! Great service Finish Line. It's your responsibility until the customer receives what they paid you for. I didn't pay UPS y'all do to deliver your product.

I went to return those air maxes I wore one time for 2 hours because they were a little too tight on me and all of sudden the blonde lady manager tells me the shoes can't be returned because they are too worn-out!! Literally wore them one time for a quick walk and it's worn-out for her that's ridiculous. Not coming back to this location again.

Good work environment and happy employees always start with the manager. The lady manager(heavier set woman, brunette hair. In case there is multiple) always has some kind of chip on her shoulder.. doesn’t greet, doesn’t smile, and god forbid you ask her a simple question. She makes it feel like it’s a burden to her. Which also reflects on some of the employees. Seem like most of them can’t wait to clock out.Only reason I still shop there is because it’s the closest finishline. I get what I need and leave.

Went to finish line northlake last week to get vapormaxes. manager or associate jordan was helpful and provided excellent customer service during my time, i will be returning soon

Walked in wearing my mask with my friend who is asthmatic not wearing a mask. I walked straight to shoe wall knowing exactly the pair I wanted. I overheard my friend say that he was asthmatic and couldn't wear the mask and then say okay and walked out. I waited a few but all I could hear was laughter from employees. They never came and asked if I needed help. If they paid more attention to the people in the store and less attention to mocking people they could sell shoes. Didnt hear a "have a nice day" or anything. Probably didn't even notice. HORRIBLE customer service!

I have shopped at this store since 2013 and their customer service is excellent. I have never had a bad experience here. They have a wide variety of styles, colorways and sizes. They get almost every Jordan and Yeezy release. If your size is not available, they will order it online for you and have it shipped(free) to your house.

Customer service is very poor. The employee was very disrespectful to me on Monday 1/14/19 around 12:45pm. A shoe was placed on display as a women shoe however in the end the shoe was a child’s shoe. When I questioned the employee on the peice difference he (Frank) became quit disrespectful. I decided not to buy the shoe based on the way the employee talked to me. I gave him words of wisdom on his disrespect and how he should show respect to customers and his elders. Whether he received the wisdom or not he definitely needs coaching on customer service.Ms. Oliver
