I left TDA because of poor customer service and have had wonderful customer service with Schwab. However, I will say I do not use branch based services - I am self-directed in my approach to investing and use the phone exclusively. My bank and Schwab and linked so no issues with funds transfers and the Think or Swim platform is wonderful. So, for all the "1" ratings, I'd like to know if these are due to trying to use the branch to conduct business. My experience over the phone has worked seamlessly.”
