Money is serious business!! Having access to your money is even more important. Unfortunately, this branch has a branch worker named, Tevin, who gives inaccurate information & is 100% apathetic to customers. I’m switching bank locations- extremely disappointed in the lack of respect, communication, & professionalism here.

Revising a previously left negative review (remains below).I went into the branch on a weekday and Courtney was very friendly, courteous, and helpful.Prior review:Their website states that their lobby and drive-through are are open on Saturdays between 9am and 1pm.Drove out there and they were closed. Sign on the door states that effective January 8, 2022, they will be closed on Saturdays. So, they've been closed for over a month on Saturdays, yet are still advertising that they are open for business via their website.

I came to this location with a group of 5 total. The staff here were very patient and accommodating. They know my group really well, and treat us with kindness each time we come. This location was not crowded by any means, even on a Saturday morning. And, I love that this location does not close until 1pm on Saturdays so I don't have to rush out of bed. Parking can be a little tight sometimes. But it is a convenient location. We appreciate their customer service!

I have been banking with 53rd for years now. I no longer live on the east coast so I had trouble with getting transfers from different accounts. The Manager PJ took the time to listen to my concerns and help me through the process and even assigned me a personal banker. I highly recommend this location for any issues and concerns you may face with using the tech support number. They are friendly and reliable.

I had to deal with a very rude and unprofessional bank teller. What type of customer service is expected out of your employees, that lady has no place working on that establishment if that’s the type of attitude that she is going to have towards customers.

Very very very slow. Not a good experience. Tried to give it a half of star but couldn't. Worst experience I ever had.

Fifth Turd is a more fitting name for this joke of a bank. You're just a number and a means to siphon fees. It's a revolving door of personnel and incredibly difficult to find a single employee with enough knowledge, experience, or motivation to complete the simplest of tasks. We're plagued by quirky systems errors causing a host of issues. We are a company that funnels hundreds of thousands through our Fifth Turd accounts each year and still we receive service rated at 0 on a scale of 1 to 10.

Met with personal banker, Chris, who was very polite and professional. Didn't have the proper item for the deal, but cross my fingers- hopefully I'll get a mailer.

I've banked with both the Cotswold and NoDa branches... both have always been great to work with. When I saw Paura H's 1 star review I couldn't let that stand on its own. Seriously everyone I have worked with at either location (I live right in the middle), has been great. Oddly enough, Fifth Third Bank does not serve food. Yelp really is better for, you know, restaurants. That's probably why this awesome bank only has 2 reviews. Frankly, if you're looking at Yelp reviews to decide where to put all your money, well, I wish you the best of luck.

Fifth Third bank branches are staffed with personnel that are friendly enough but the overall service offered is really terrible. I actually opened up my account in the newly opened Noda location. My wallet was stolen about a week after I opened th account- I was hit with several hundreds of dollars in overdraft fess and no one could tell me anything about when the money would be refunded. It took more than a month for the dispute to be resolved. In that time, the staff offered little information or consolation and in fact complicated my account quite a bit. They were not at all sympathetic and did not seem to have knowledge of even rudimentary bank transactions. I will say that this particular branch was kind enough and seemed more sympathetic than my own branch, excluding the branch manager, MSmith. However, there are still very serious intracommunication difficulties that 53 banks seem to experience with their corporate offices. For example, corporate sent eleven notifications informing me of my address change. I KNOW IT WAS CHANGED. I changed it. Also, they've had two different numbers for me on file, even after I disclosed more than thrice that only one of those were mine. They are slow to respond, and when they do call back, you are greeted with wait music or an automated message. I have never dealt with such poor service. (There are class action suits against this bank in GA and DC for charging overdraft fees when sufficient funds are in the said account). I will NEVER do business with them again.
