My recomendation is to avoid using FEDEX's service if you have a choice. They are using unprofessional drivers who cannot read numbers and deliver parcels to wrong adresses and they have terrible custom service. My important parcel was delivered to someone else, I claimed and called and wrote to representative and had no result, final call - found out my case is closed without any information or notification. Got to pay the second time to get what was in my parcel. It is shame that FEDEX cannot afford good customer service to take care about people's claims.

Every time I go there I receive excellent customer service in their printing department. Also today I found out they have this awesome stapler. I was struggling to staple few 11x17 in in the middle of the page and they let me use this stapler. See the photo below.

I was hesitant to use this location after reading reviews online but I found authentic, helpful customer service with Demi and quick help in printing out my 20 booklets that needed to be bound and trimmed.
Super grateful for the help provided and will definitely be back to this location! Thanks Demi and thank you FedEx for printing!

I just want to give a shout out to Demi. She helped this old man ship out a package this morning and I kept fumbling around trying to get the address correct and trying to find my glasses at the same time. Demi was very patient and kind and I appreciate it!

They are decent for basic stuff but if you need a custom label done, go to a professional. I had them do my labels, first time came out ok. Second time they did the same label came out unusable and the manager came to help and ended up making the label to small cutting important parts of label and in the final attempt it was still worse then the first time but what’s the funniest is they charged me for two sets of labels even though they gave me one, because they messed up so many times. Won’t be working with them anymore.

Came to this store after trying four other FedEx branches that declined my order due to the time of day and large order request. I walked in feeling defeated and prepared to hear another no. Lucky for me, I got Rebecca who was so kind and overly accommodating of my needs. And she did so with a smile, not one time did I feel like an inconvenience although I know that I was due to the time constraint asked. Rebecca not only took my large order for two large banners and 6 posters but agreed to have it done for me prior to their closing. I was so appreciative and thankful for her for taking the time out to make my day and birthday special! Thank you so much Rebecca for going above and beyond and showing supreme customer service I hope that the managers and the company acknowledge and show gratitude for great employees like you!! Thank you again!!

I showed up at this FedEx location @ 8:15 am - in order to print some very important, time sensitive documents. To my shock, surprise & unbelievable frustration...there was a sign on the front door stating "store closed". NO WARNING on the website, no one answered the phone, NO NOTHING!! Pitiful

What price can a person pay for excellent service? Collin is absolutely amazing in assisting me today. The level of patience and understanding he rendered is what’s lacking in consumer interaction. I had to return my spectrum cable box at Fed Ex, the trainee who waited on me was very nice and professional, but he needed to ask his "supervisor" how to send back cable boxes from spectrum, Kareem advised me that they couldn't do that without a label, I explained that I have done this before and he needed to scan the cable box, a tracking receipt would print out, this supervisor had no idea how to send a box back to spectrum, the sad thing is, he was training this new hire wrong. I went down the street to UPS on John J Delaney, no problem, scan the equipment and gave me my spectrum equipment return receipt. ?

I feel bad because I've had such a great experience at a different FedEx Office center (to my northeast) but now that I've been to this one (to my southwest), I'm going to be switching where I regularly go for FedEx shipments. Everyone there was so helpful and the manager, Demi, is just the best! Just be patient if they're slammed and you'll be glad you waited for your turn.

Took about 30 min to get a passport photo done. Employees didn’t know what to do, how to operate camera, and has to refer to manual multiple times just to get a printout
