De'andra (I hope I'm spelling that right) was easily the most helpful person I spoke with from FedEx at all today, and I spoke to almost half a dozen. I called this location out of sheer desperation, last ditch effort to speak to the local ship station. She was incredibly kind, respectful, and helpful, inquiring into my issue and doing everything in her power to get me connected to the ship station. While she was unfortunately unsuccessful, her dedicated effort to help me was sincerely appreciated, and says a lot about this location as a whole.

After a recent visit to this location, I feel compelled to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Keke, the Assistant Manager. I encountered some difficulties regarding questions and pricing related to a program I needed to print for an upcoming event. Keke went above and beyond to assist me, demonstrating remarkable professionalism and dedication throughout our interactions.

Had to do a return and was sent to this location as it was closest to me. Walked right in and waited a bit in line, but when I was seen, the lady at the Register was super polite and made me comfortable. She was super efficient and friendly and processed my return and let me know any other information I needed to know and walked out in less than 20 minutes. Super clean space, and everything was super easy to locate. Didn't even know this location was here, but now that I know, I will definitely be returning.

The staff here is very welcoming, professional, and genuine. If you need marketing materials for your business this is a great place to get it! Lamont is attentive to your needs and greets you when you come in! Zach is efficient and makes sure the customer is satisfied also very patient with customers. Great location with a great team.

If I could give less than a star to this location I totally would specifically to NITZA N. She was the rudest made me feel discriminated , she made me pay for a stupid gum package my daughter just touched , had the nastiest attitude I will never go back to that place ! Go to the one on Wendover road they are nice and efficient and not racist like NITZA N.

Came in to make copies was greeted by the whole team. This is the store I come to all the time it's a very pleasant & friendly atmosphere and everyone is knowledgeable and willing to help you have a successful visit. But I have to give a BIG shout to " Ms.Keisha", I luv this lady's energy she is very friendly and no matter how busy she is I can always receive great service from her.
