Wasn't expect great service today since it was abysmal last time, pleasantly surprised! Vanessa was exceptional, even though she was in training. Dashonda was also friendly and helpful.

I believer her name was Dee...she came through on such a BIG level last weekend. We had to print for a big event, last minute. And, not only did she make sure it was printed, but it was done by the time we got off the phone. Thankful for this exchange!
