Fredette who works at the FedEx store located at 301 E Woodlawn Rd in Charlotte, NC went above and beyond to help us ship a large quantity of boxes today. She was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. She made such a large load of shipments easy. She deserves a raise! She was a delight!

Fredette, the store manager, was incredibly kind and helpful to me this morning. She went the extra mile to ensure my Visa application photos were correct. Quality customer service is becoming harder to find these days, and one great experience can really change a person's whole day! Thank you, Fredette!

That little dark skin guy really iritated me today i believe he purposely charged me that much on purpose. I use to work at FedEx office and stupid acting dummy charged me up charged me four dollars for one little print out on regular paper. I called to find out what's a surcharge is. I'm thinking ? that should not be that much. it is not prints 85 cents. Customer service was terrible. I'm never going to this location again.
People must learn to treat others the way they want to be treated. But unfortunately people going to do whatever they want. This is a sad world.

I’ve used this location to print off stationary for my wedding and everything has turned out great. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in need of printing services. The staff are super helpful, kind and competent. Thank you for being awesome!

You REALLY NEVER know what a person is going thru!! I am writing to express how much my spirits were lifted by one of the most pleasant people I’ve ever encountered!! Ms. Fredette was a breath of fresh air to my anxiety today! Feeling a bit discouraged and overwhelmed I entered into the Woodlawn location looking for a simple copy and print job! She greeted me with a pleasant urgency as if I mattered as a customer and the restocking duties could wait! She came to my aide more than once but ALWAYS WITH THE SAME PROFESSIONALISM AND HUMILITY!! I had a bad experience at Office Depot and I let them know it as well, just as I’m doing here! Speaking of HERE, I’ll always come back HERE TO “My Fed Ex Office”! Thank you for having such an asset like Ms. Fredette in customer reach! She’s a GAME CHANGER!!

Same driver keeps throwing the box down as hard as he can and then running off. It seems calling customer service doesn’t work so hopefully this will get corporates attention. If it does and there’s action taken, I’ll delete the review or change it to 5 stars.

Very rude I came in here first thing in the morning to print & the tall older lady was very rude and acted as if she didn’t want to help me, sorry you have to be at work so early if you don’t like your job go find another one, I definitely WILL NOT come back here

Aaron & the others were knowledgeable, helpful and personable on the several recent occasions I needed to use the services and shipping at FedEx Office on Woodlawn in Charlotte NC.Problem solving and support were beyond my expectations. I was able to complete the tasks I needed to do with minimal effort and greatly reduced time.The experience was great and I would look forward to doing required tasks at this location with these personnel anytime !

There weren't enough people! They need to have more staff working on a weekend, I had to wait more than half an hour to send a fax, it was the first time I sent a fax and there was no one to help me! I think I wasted time watching the movie “The Shipwrecked”
