Marco has been absolutely phenomenal in helping me complete a massive project for the company I work for. He is so attentive and detail oriented making sure that everything is being printed perfectly. We are so grateful! Tuesday August 13 around 5pm
The crew working that shift refused to look for our package.
They were telling us it didn’t come , it’s not here. Basically we are wrong and so is the tracking number.
They sent us to other FedEx locations to check, so we did.
Long story short they found the package , they forgot to “scan it “ they didn’t apologize and on top of that they seemed agitated cause we asked them to look harder RIGHT before they miraculously found our package.
Rude service specially from the guy with the little earring I suppose his coworker was defending him.

The most condescending exchange was had here. Came in to pick up a package and the male employee told me it wasn’t here. I tried to explain it was delivered there and I was cut off by the young male employee that to check another fedex. I walk around to check out other fedexes and I come back to tell them it says delivered here and speak to the female employee and he’s yelling across the room that I need to call customer service. My colleague asked the female employee to check if it’s in the floor by chance and the package was there. I guess because it wasn’t scanned, he didn’t find it but he didn’t make an effort to atleast try to help out and look. If my tracking number says delivered, atleast explain that to me instead of cutting me off and being rude. I’m not a rude person, I handled everything professionally but I felt like rather than be helpful, he was dismissive and wanted to be right. And even then was telling me that because it wasn’t scanned, that’s why what he said was “right”
Totally lame customer service, I’ll be going to a different location next time.

I have used this location for many years. Friendly staff. A self checkout. If you I need something delivered overnight, drop it off here. this location has never let me down.

Worst location!! Everyone working there is completely useless!! I went to this location 4 times in last 6 months. Couldn’t get anything done. From something as simple as dropping a box off to getting notary. I dealt with 4 different people each time and all of them were equally incompetent. Never giving this company my business.

This location Rock!!! I'm new to the area and closing on a home soon. I went to a different location well check out that review don't use that site. But thus location saved the day. Harold quick located my needed documents apologized for the inconvenience, and printed out for me to pick up the next day. When i got there omg there was no where to part I called to the store and Harold omg brought the documents to my car so I wouldn't have to stress. Harold you go above and beyond. Great Job give this gentleman a raise or promotion.

Marco is a life saver! If, I could give 100 stars I would because he’s amazing! I needed signage made in an emergency situation & he handled my needs & 6 other customers at 10 minutes till closing! He was calm, courteous, kind & exceptionally professional. It is just not the norm these days to meet people like this but I’m happy I was able to meet with such an amazing individual today! Thank you!

The team at this location has been extremely helpful for all of my business printing needs. I recently worked with Dee and Marco, and their strong customer service, and attention to detail was extremely helpful. They were instrumental in getting the materials I needed for an event prepared, which was especially appreciated since I was managing the event from a remote location and could not be on-site. Will definitely utilize this location and look forward to working with this team again!

Dee the manager was very rude when me and my boyfriend came in to make prints for my business. She/he automatically assumed that I was making illegal prints however I needed these prints for my business. We constantly had to ask for help and she/he treated us like she/he didn’t want to help even though she/he seen us struggling with the printer and it was not busy at all. She/he proceeded to have a nasty attitude and even complained to me about how customers should use google more instead of asking her questions. I left without getting the prints I needed. This is the only fedex that is close to my home and I’ve used there services for my business cards etc but I won’t be spending a dime here ever again.

Dee made my experience was amazing & easy! Her energy was unmatched! She helped me get in and out! Definitely ask for her, if she smile (behind the mask) doesn’t greet you first! She really made my day and I was in there for 5 mins!
