I had to scan a multipage document and Fedex Kinkos was the first place I thought of. The process was seamless. The associate was very nice and helpful. It took all of 5 minutes to scan 30 plus pages. It was a little expensive, $.55 per page. Consider them for all your office needs.

Had an amazing customer service experience here. Needed to scan a ton of docs since my scanner at work was acting up and associate Dee was very friendly and helpful and patient. Then I had to get a package sent off and the store manager Lakeylia was extremely friendly and so helpful. I left with a big smile on my face. Good customer service seems so hard to come by these days so when you get it good it must be acknowledged! Great job guys!

I do not like FedEx, my experience with them was not good at all. They charged $149.00 to send two Covid-19 test kit to Ecuador on May this year. Until now 10/30/22, they have not delivered the package, they have not give me a credit, nor my money back and they have not even answered my complains. If I go to the store they say I have to call customer service, if I call customer service they say they wil call, but they never call. I WILL NOT USE FEDEX AGAIN, they are not reliable. I am sorry for me, I wasted my money.

Literally the worst FedEx I've ever been to. They don't greet you when you come in, don't say anything while your in line. They will literally let you stand there and look crazy. Slowest service EVER. If it wasn't near my apartment I would not go.

Legit only came here since it was on the way home and I didn't want to go out of my way to UPS. Now I regret it. Slowest service ever. No acknowledgment standing in line, nor was there any for the people in front of behind me. Only two workers, with one woman leaving. I understand times are hard and understaffing is a new epidemic but that doesn't mean customer experience should suffer. A simple acknowledgment can make the world of difference. Just know this is my last time using fedex. I've never had this horrible or slow of service from UPS. EVEN WHEN THERE HAS ONLY BEEN A SINGLE WORKER.

I first called a store in Charlotte near the University and Marlin helped me. He explained that their color printer was out but encouraged me to contact the store in Concord. I mention him because although he worked on the shipping side, he went out of his way to get the answers to my many questions. Next, I called this store. Emily was my primary contact and she was supported by co-worker Brandy and manager Fredette. She understood how overwhelmed I was, and without missing a step, she assisted me with my order in the warm and gentle way. I couldn't make some decisions and asked Emily and Brandy for their opinions. They were so helpful each time. Seriously, I thought this was going to be the most stressful task in preparing for this funeral. To the contrary, this has been the easiest and most genuine feelingI want to note of all the services I've needed, they have had the least amount of time to get me what I need, and they are making it happen. Just an awesome experience!

As a minority, I had a horrible experience at this FedEx location. I was watched and followed and racially profiled. This location is the worst. I will be complaining to their corporate office as well as on a blog for the city of Charlotte publicly. If this happens to you at this location definitely escalate it And call their corporate number.

I've only used FedEx for their print and go service. It is easy to use. No interaction with staff needed. Easy and convenient service if you need to print while away from home or do not have a printer.

Sent a family member there to drop off a prelabeled pack on their way to work. Was told they were asking for your ID to drop off a labeled package. Since when does this happen? I’ve never had any shipping carrier ask me for ID to drop off a package. I use UPS and USPS all the time, never had this issue. If it wasn’t for this being a return and the company supplying the label for Fedex, I would NEVER ship through FedEx for this reason!
