Not somewhere I would shop at ever again! You can't try on items, you can't return items, no refunds given. Manager is very rude! store is cluttered and unorganized!

The man that owns this establishment is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL he curses and will not let you try any clothing on neither will let you return it. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

The store owner do not allow you to try on the clothing and do not except any returns which do not make any sense to me so if you get it home and can't wear it you are STUCK. DO NOT SHOP THERE!

If I could, I would have given Rick, the owner, a zero for his service, The way he treats his African American customers is downright disgraceful! He looks down on us as if WE are the foreigners. I've seen him speak to Black men and women in a nasty tone and kick them out of his establishment when he was the one who was being loud and rude; it wasn't the customer. I'm not sure if he's getting his perception of how to treat us from the media, but he's terrible! He doesn't deserve our Black dollars. He initially tried to speak to me in a disrespectful manner, but I called him out on it about his tone and customer service skills. He got better, and he was amicaI. I became a regular customer. However, I recently bought a dress that I needed for an event from him. He personally gave it to me and assured me that it was good. I went on my merry way, my mistake. I later tried it on, and it was missing two buttons. I called him to notify him of the situation. I thought the issue could be resolved without any problems, and it would be a simple exchange because the merchandise was defective. As I tried to explain the situation to him, he immediately went to 10! Mind you, he knows that I'm a regular customer who has spent a lot of money in his establishment. However, he was still rude, argumentative, and downright disrespectful. He refused to exchange the dress, and he was dismissive. I will admit that I was upset because I feel like we continue to allow people outside of our race to treat us as less than, yet we still give them our money. Well, that was my last time I will EVER give Fadhion Warehouse/Rick my hard earned cash and anyone else who doesn't treat African Americans as valued customers. You may not have had the same experience as I did, but I do ask that we ban together and stop patronizing establishments that don't value us and post a negative comment on their website to put them on notice.

Lots!!!!! Of stuff. Men and Women. Afrikan and.India style. Not club clothez ... Culture clothes....and church collections too. Very full...too overwhelming for me. Shoes and Hats...and oh...cameras everywhere..kind of creepy.
