Doesn’t resolve issues after we’ve made numerous reports. Gives out wrong phone numbers so they don’t have to deal with things.Hung up on me speaking in the middle of my sentence, doesn’t answer, care about the situation, or their clientele apparently. In reality, it’s their false number causing issues on my side. This has been going on for 7-8 months.

My daughter and I had such a wonderful experience here. Monica the manager, worked on both of our hair and was so nice and patient. She helped me pick a new hairstyle and color look and paid so much attention to detail. She also was so kind and patient with my daughter and made her feel right at home. We will definitely be returning.

My 2nd disappointing visit in a row to a Fantastic Sam's. I made an appointment on Friday for Sunday, especially for Jordan. He fixed an awful cut for me in the past so I trust his skills. But after my move, it's an hour drive to the Ballantyne location (2 hrs round trip). I decided it would be worth it to feel confident about my most recent disastrous cut (courtesy of the FS in Denver). I arrived a little early and checked in. There were plenty of people so I was glad I thought ahead and made an appointment. I checked in and offered to wait in my car. A few minutes later the woman who checked me in came to my car to tell me that there was at least a 90 min wait. I mentioned my appointment but she said she had just accepted it when I walked in and that he was already booked for the day. They closed in 2 hours but I could wait behind everyone in the lobby and maybe there would be enough time remaining to take care of me. I politely declined. That's the 2nd time I made an appointment for FS that wasn't honored. Last time I pushed the issue and she butchered my hair. This time I just left having decided I'm done with FS. At least this time it was only 2 wasted hours of driving. If FS isn't going to honor appointments then don't offer them. Also if you're going to decline the appointment do it timely, NOT days later while I'm standing there.

Ever since there has been new management I have seen a tremendous turn around. Jessica is AMAZING! I always enjoy my trip to the salon. Not only am I getting the hair color and cut that I asked for but we have great talks and lots of laughter. She is exactly what the salon needed.

I walked in today (Wednesday 1/25) at 4:45 and the hours on the door say they close at 7. I asked for a shampoo blow dry and the two stylists in the salon claimed that they were closed. I am a woman of color with wavy hair. I'm sure she looked at my hair and didn't want to do it but at most it takes 30 minutes to blow it dry. I also broke my wrist so I am unable to do my hair at the moment and tomorrow is my first day teaching at a new school. I was hoping to feel good for my first day but that's not going to happen now thanks to these insensitive and lazy stylists. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Not so fantastic these days. They take the reservation, just don’t hold the reservation. And holding the reservation is the most important part of the reservation. No one was even there.

Don't waste your time.... Never open, never answer phone, will confirm online appts but when you show up no one is there. Horrible!

Why to take an appointment?I am a regular customer and took appointment for a hair cut, reached in time, waited for 30 minutes and was told to wait for another 30 minute. What! Was also told that there is one more person ahead of me? It was only after some arguments, another stylist came to tale care of the hair cut.What a mess!!!

I just recently moved back to North Carolina and got a job at the Lancaster HWY, Charlotte, NC location and had the most HORRIBLE experience I have ever had! I had to watch the manager send clients home with choppy, uneven haircuts and hot roots! I literally had to watch clients cry leaving the salon and I couldn’t do anything about it! I also observed that they didn’t use sanatized tools either and that was just what I saw the brief period I worked there. Long story short, I couldn’t work in a unprofessional salon like that so I resigned within the first two weeks. It just wasn’t the place for me. So ON TOP OF ALL THAT I moved since working there, so I contacted them in NOVEMBER to make sure they had the correct information so that I could get my w2 and now over 15 calls and messages later AND a visit I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY W2 and it’s now it’s May 13th, a month past the IRS deadline! This salon is the most unprofessional places I’ve EVER EXPERIENCED! My next step is to contact the BBB! It is against the law to not provide the documents that I’ve been requesting! LITERALLY UNBELIEVABLE!!

I had to choose 1 star if not I would choose half. For three times this place has done me wrong. I have had no luck finding this place open despite having had an appointment for a three times. The least they can do is reach out to people letting them know they will not be open. I have reached out to Mint Hill stores apparently owned by the same person. No one has bothered to reach back out to me or offer any kind of compensation for my lost time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Hours on the door show till 7 PM however these guys are gone by 5:30 PM. Happened twice even after having appointments. Close down the business if you can’t run it.
