I went yesterday. Customer service was TRASH. She was on the phone when I got to the register. Did not say hi or anything. Straight rude, and just started scanning my stuff. And it was SO MUCH trash alllllll over the parking lot, I was floored. Like, the entire parking lot. A few photos I took.

Store is totally disorganized and dirty. Staff outside smoking when customer line is long. Employees not very engaged and absolutely rude.

I overheard the manager talking to another employee as if they were a child. The tone was disrespectful and condescending. If you don't know how to treat people, then quit your job. No one has a right to mistreat you and YOU have no right to mistreat others. Also, why are there no automatic doors? Why are 3 employees standing outside smoking when the store is a complete disaster. If you don't want your job, then let someone else have the opportunity.

In town for business, needed something before my 9 am meeting. Went to store at 8:10. Google and hours on door read that they open at 8 am…went there but not open
