Organize chaos. As you enter, the right side of the store seems cluttered. It may be a fire hazzard. Besides that, customer service was okay.

If customers understand what short staff means. If you don’t like the service you can go to another store. If there’s no employees to put the truck up then the merchandise is going to be low stock. If they are close is for a reason. If you are unemployed and need a job the apply there and start making the difference but you can’t talk about something you don’t know. And for the lady that said that there were like 6 employees talking trash about the manager there’s not that much employees at that store so that’s a lie. Keep it real and be understanding too.

This store is a joke. ALWAYS FILTHY, sometimes NOT open when it should be, dirty, ghetto, trash always overflowing in parking lot etc. I once witnessed about 6 employees having a meetup on an aisle talking junk about the manager.I asked some employees when they were going to clean up the store and they said when they get some help...gag is the store been trashy for at least 3 yrs ?. It doesn't take that many people to clean it up. I worked at Family dollar I in the past..nearly 20yrs ago but I'm sure cleaning a store hasn't changed that much.Also the prices are rarely correct, don't match what's on the shelf or the app and they don't care.

This is the second time in a week I have went to this location at 9:30pm and the workers inside have locked the doors and are closing the store. If the hours have changed please update this.

You get what you pay for; family dollar is just a quick in and out type deal. The cashier was unfriendly, rushing my mother to “hurry up” and get her change out. Very unfriendly staff.

I’ve came to this location to get about 4 bags of ice. Before I went in, I’d noticed the entry of the ice bend was accessible. So I’d check to see if there were ice available. THERE WERE PLENTY OF BAGS! Ask the cashier to purchase some and she told me they don’t have any. I’d asked if she’s sure, to which she replied “yes”. Then I went on to inform her that one of the entries was not locked and that I saw you have a lot of bags for purchase. She still insisted that they don’t have any.Needless to say, very poor service for denying a customer service and their store a transaction. My advice, make sure before you tell someone you don’t have, that you make absolutely sure you don’t really have instead of telling them whatever you want.

This store is always just ghetto. ALWAYS OPENS LATE. Shelves rarely stocked, debris always on the floors, always short staffed, anything that can go wrong…..is wrong. Unfortunately this location is closest to me and when I don’t feel like driving the extra 7/8 miles to the next store this is where I come.
