Now the NEW employees are just as slow and just as rude as times past. Yelling out to a paying customer to “have a blessed day”, knowing full well she was being sarcastic was the icing on the cake for me…..I’m not going to shop there again.

I hate this family dollars! Everyone in here is so unprofessional. Outside smoking more than they work! The manager Tasha is very rude. I don't see how she still has a job. I only go there because its convenient for me but I rather go to the one on south blvd near food lion

Extremely ghetto, unprofessional customer service the workers are BEHIND THE COUNTER playing rap music and having loud conversations using curse words and other inappropriate language. The corporate office must do something this is a horrible place of business I don't even want to shop at this location anymore!!!

The worst customer service experience ever. I would give it negative stars if I could. The cashier was very unprofessional and rude. If you don't like your job, quit and let someone else work it that will. Real talk. I definitely won't be going back to this location again.

I love Family Dollar!! It's always neat and well organized. The Manager went out of her way to find an item for me & brought me a cart. Was glad they were open on New Year's Day. Keep up the good work. (Get more sugar free items like dollar tree has).

This store had some great finds, but I was appalled at the manner in which of the store associates reacted to a female customer. Apparently, while checking out, she told/asked him to put his mask on (during Covid19). The woman was wearing her mask improperly, so she shouldn't have said anything. However, when she left, the male associate went into a full on rager calling the woman all types of obscene names loudly and angrily in the presence of customers, most of whom were women, and one was a child. His colleague tried to stop from going on, but he continued. This entire display was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. The man then went on to proclaim that he got off work in 30 minutes, and he wished the woman would be waiting outside. I couldn't help thinking to myself...what would he do if she WAS outside?? Completely insane behavior. Employee DEFINITELY needs to be checked!

The managers were completely rude ! Didn't want to help ! Had a attitude towards me for asking for help but she wouldn't! The only helpful person in the store was the white lady (excuse me for not putting her name but I didn't catch it) but never this location ! Staff is unprofessional & takes it out on hard working paying customers
