I came in and their card system was down. They told me it would be 5 minutes which I figured I could look around and then it would be back up by the time I get to the checkout. I was told to come back in 5 minutes which was not told to me the first time. The guy proceeded to then get defensive when I called him out about it. I left and not long after, other people were going in the store after being told it was closed. This family dollar was decent when I first moved into my complex but will be looking at other places that are more organized and respectful. Like I always like to support my fellow black workers but do not make assumptions about every customer walking through the door.

Arrived at store the employee states he has been at work all day by his self and they are closing for a hour why he takes a break

Only been to this family dollar a few times this week but early tonight I went kinda got yelled at cause I tired taking the cart out of the store to put stuff in my reused able bag cause we moved here from syracuse new york they used reusable bags. But the workers were a bit rude could have said please don't take the cart of the store there were a few customers checking out while the Manger and cashier yelled at me they need to be nicer and Learn some matters shame on them

WRONG PRICES!!********BEWARE OF PRICES POSTED AND WHAT THEY RING YOU UP FOR ******I visited this store 2 days in a row to purchase some treats for kids. Picked up some Grandma cookies that were marked .59 cents. Got to the register. They clerk rang them up for $1.49 each, I put them back. Next time I came, I bought some Hostess snacks that were marked $2.19 a box. Got to the register and the clerk rang them up for $3.49 each,put them back.I wonder how many people think they are paying one price but ringing up something different at the register.IS THIS A PRICING SCAM FOR THIS STORE???????

New manager just took over this store we will make a great Improvement asap let me know if you have an unsatisfied experience with customer service. Customer service and safety is my number one priority.

Worse family dollar every...very dirty and not sanitize at all ..not saying they are bad people but that store is no good . Needs to be shut down

They open and close when they want. The hours are listed as open till 7pm it's 545 And they been closed

Instacart and Bikers beware. This store does not allow bikes or scooters inside and there is no bike rack or pole. If you’re an instacart shopper or someone who doesn’t use a car, I would avoid this location.

Trifling ghetto folks working at this location .I wouldn't walk my fine feet back up in that location unless Jesus was with me to lay hands on them dirty sinnera.returns shouldn't be hard when it's your store brand products

This store does not follow store hours. Closes and opens whenever they feel like it, every other day I come they are open or closed at random times. When I asked for a manager I was told this store does not have a manager. As a single mom with car problems at the moment it is very inconvenient. Many other like me in the neighborhood have had enough . Many of us moms that work need diapers, wipes, and necessities for our kids and can’t get it when we need it. This is not like any other family dollar I’ve ever been to. It needs to be replaced with a store with reliable and respectful employees and managers.

This the most ghetto family dollar I've been to. The cashier is on the phone while ringing people up. Not to mention the hours say they close at 7pm but I just went there and it's 6:15pm and the guy says they're closed. Definitely will take my business elsewhere.

This store does not follow store hours. Closes and opens whenever they feel like it, every other day I come they are open or closed at random times. They literally open whenever they want to as I type this it is 11:16pm on a Saturday and they are closed. NOT THE 1st TIME that they have been closed during store hours. I'm actually going to call and see if they need a manager to run the store since I need a job and they better not tell me no because it is apparent that they need me.
