Don't go there. Employee at the register was so unfriendly and acted like she hated her job. I got in line at one of the 2 registers which no employee was at either register at the time but 5 min prior my friend Checked out at the only open register. So I took all my items which was alot and unloaded them on the same register where my friend checked out. After a few minutes the miserable employee comes and opens the other register. Says nothing to me. So I put all my stuff back in my cart and as I moved to the open register she takes another Customer that just walked up. Needless to say that customer's Cart was full. Horrible customer service. No way was I waiting that long after i had been there first and waited already at the other register. Very poor customer service from the employee. You could sense she didn't want to be there and assist either of us. I will never go back there.

2nd time this week and they're closed. Its 6pm.. this is ridiculous. Either they sleep or they must be next door gambling. Just close the store at this point.

This is one of the cleaner Dollar Stores, but the employees should not be talking on the phone while checking out customers.

I encountered the rudest employee today at the dollar tree. When I walked to the register to check out there was no one there so I first said hello is there anyone to check me out and no one answered. Then I proceeded to look down the isles to see if I could find some one and asked her if someone was available to check me out and she said I’m on it. I stood calmly for about 3-4 more minutes while she took her time coming to the front and putting the cart back. Her customer service skills are nonexistent and a business can’t be profitable if you are disrespectful to the customers and act like they are bothering you. So I decided to keep my money in my pocket because she continued to give me attitude.

I wish I could give zero stars. Store is always a mess. Today is Sunday and I arrived at 11:07AM. Employee was waiting outside and sign says it opens at 10 AM. Manager arrived just as I was getting out of car. I asked if store is open, employee said yes and manager said no. I asked which it was, manager said annoyingly it would be 5 minutes. Saw two people after me leave before they opened door at 11:10. I have never thought well of this store but this takes the cake. If hours are wrong on the sign, change it. If manager was late opening, be more pleasant to waiting customers. We do have a choice to shop here or Dollar General across the street.

The worse dollar tree in town, don't go here.. it's sad to say but is not even worth the headache. To the lady who took my order today 6.13.2023 at 1:30pm.. I wish you well because life is too short to be that miserable..

Store is neat and clean! Best one in my area so far. Staff is also very friendly. Manager is doing a great job keeping it clean and fully stocked .
