I always get cash over for lunch .. There was no sign stating no cash back..The employee became irate , I was having a bad day as I cursed back .. The male nut said nothing called me out of my name and then followedd me outside as I left..I have my lawyer involved... His name was Lee..

When shopping Boxes everywhere have to push out the way. Poor management in the back talking about people. Someone going to get hurt with stuff on the floor dangerous. Not a good place to shop.

This place always have issues. Currently at the store(7/26/22). The store is supposed to open at 9am. It's currently 9:20am with 3 employees in the store. I'm speaking to the employee thru the door. I ask them what time are they going to open. The guy says maybe 930 we are short staffed and waiting for . employees to come in. SMH. As I sit in the parking lot writing my review, how about the 3 employees I seen in the store get in 1 car and leave the premises. PLEASE Don't WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS PLACE. OMG all I wanted was some bleach, that's IT!

Very Unprofessional to not be open an hour and a half after open time. And not even display a sign. It’s reading open on google at 8am, yet it’s 9:30am and the store is completely dark with not one employee in site.

This is the worst family dollar here in Charlotte..The workers and managers have terrible attitudes, and they are unprofessional, lazy and rude..What is going on with this place!!??

Cashier on the phone and doesn't acknowledge you receipt to say the total. I forgive her of all of that though because I forgot a bag of groceries and she walked out and handedthem to me so great job multitasking. It's not like we need deep intimate conversation when I'm checking out so it didn't bother me at all. Back to the store, 1 star. Empty shelves and not a great selection but the worst part was they had these pallets and crates and stuff to push food ALL OVER THE PLACE making it very difficult to get the items you want. That's about as long of a review as anyone should ever leave on a family dollar.
