i rarely shop at family dollar. the service isn't good and the employees never greet customers scan product. The prices aren't friendly budget imo

The worst experience going to this store. The man at the till yelled at us and called us stupid for entering at 8:55 pm because they close at 9:00 but on Google maps it says they close at 10:00 pm. Refused to scan and charge

So I’m just leaving the store and the manager was being rude and literally yelling and cursing at her staff. As a retail manager myself that is inappropriate and unacceptable.

Just left this store, & I must say 2nd customer service is garbage (Mrs.Anna shift). It's always the little red guy,Thomas so not customer friendly. I work in customer service - this is below piss poor& it's a new girl now with short red hair. OMG!! & To think I was just talking to The 1st shiftanager about a job there. But Mr. Thomas stop that on several different accounts. & Mrs. Anna will stand right there and listen

Store was junky. One employee spoke on his dislike for white people (or rather his coworker) as the other white employee (the coworker) was cursing for having put up the wrong price tags in another aisle. The cashier was on her phone and wasn't paying attention. They didn't have what I needed but it wasn't horrible. Overall they were friendly... and the store was being restocked.

Very poor service frequent long lines due to one cashier during rush hour definitely needs to be put in check with management

This family dollar is a mess. 1 male employee unprofessional, was walking around with his cell phone with music playing. Customers walking out due to the register not working properly. I stood in line for 10 minutes because of the register not functioning correctly. Losing business like that cause not all customers waited. The cashier was very polite even though some customers was bittering about waiting in line to long. She handled the situation very professional.
