So I’m new to Charlotte and I had to leave my back bag on the side for security reasons because of high theft rate. I was in a rush and forgot my bag. I come back the next day they said they don’t have a lost a found and it’s probably in the trash or stolen. I had money, my credit cards , gold sapphire ring ,and work pass. I never heard a store that makes you put your personal items on the side and I watch it and then you responsible somebody steal it.

A convenience store with cheap discounts. I don’t know if it’s because of the right time, but it’s hard to imagine that the aisles and shelves in the store are extremely neat and complete. As manufacturers across the country are out of stock, it is extremely rare for all consumer goods to be available on shelves. I found the supplies I needed in no time, and the service was very polite. Hopefully store cleaning practices remain the same.

This place is terrible they always short staffed the manager look like he bombed out and they don't have no workers they always keep the store closed this is not good for this neighborhood they didn't need to go ahead and shut that store down rehire some things and relocate

The staff is better than what was there a while ago, but the products are over priced compared to other Family Dollar stores (i.e creamer is $5.90 vs $5.65 - 6oz Cafe Bustelo is $2.75 vs $2.50) in the neighborhood and they never have hot chocolate ??♀️??♀️, even after restocking. ??.

My Favorite Family ❤️ Dollar. Even though people do steal the grocery carts. I still love Rika, Mr George, Mal, Ms Sally.. YES ? I know them by name?that says it all right there!!
