I really like this store but they do hover over you as if you're going to steal. It's not as inviting as I would like. I would recommend going to Hope beauty store less than a mile down the same street. It's larger & the employees are helpful

The employees in this hair store are so friendly and the store is always so neat! Keep up the great work from one of the best Braider’s in Charlotte, NC!
